It hurts but pain makes you stronger!!
I am using it for 1 month now and its quiet efficent and perfect. It's length, thickness and quality of material is commendible. You can adjust the rope accordingly. Plus, durability wins my heart. Go for it if you want to train for fitness, boxing or other things. Only thing i find hard to ignore is, when you trip over and the rope accendently hits you then it stings like hell and the pain will last for few minutes, making you remember of your mistakes.😫

Average product, nothing as hyped , in sale i got it for 88rs , i would suggest you to buy spartan skipping rope it cost 60rs and will be available to your local sports shops easily , i just curious about nivia product , its just generic product brand by nivia , same roper is available at 50-60 ruppees , just remember before you any skipping rope always check its length cause the length varies relative to your height , if you are 6'2 feet this rope is good if above , then i dont recommend it.
