The volume on the TV set is very disappointing. Being slightly death i find that the volume is poor even when turned up to 100 percent, especially when I'm tuned to BBC I player

the TV has a good picture but that is all that is good about it. The sound is extremely Tinny, its powered by netgem.tv which encourages you sign up for their pay for view option and if you do not sign up you get annoyed by adverting popups about films and programs weather you want them or not. The screen tilts forward ever so slightly which makes it awkward to watch when standing up. I'm unsure if it is common or just a fault with the one I bought but the sound is not only tinny but every now and then I get a clicking sound for several seconds and when trying to improve things by using a high quality speaker through the Headphone jack it kept cutting out. Overall a very bad buy.

The volume has to be set at 100% for us to barely hear it. There is an obvious problem. I purchased it for 2 disabled ladies I care for as an Easter gift. We are all very disappointed.

Picture quality bad but acceptable. Hardware I'm not sure but I think that there was used some cheep stuff to create the TV.the pics slowly going there just time whan I'm going to stare on empty screen like idiot on wall....I'm not sure how long take the returnv with getting new but it going to be waiting and wasting my time ...Alexa is probably upset as she do not cooperate from the beginning so I'm just talking to the remote for my self ....sometime the remote have bad connection with tv so I have to lify my lazy arse to go closer....and sometime more closer .vaving in the air with the remote on all sites up an down in hope that I'll catch the signal and the TV do what I won't. Remote on phone works better. I think that its not smart the TV but her manufacturer who saving money on cheep stuff so he get better profit.but for that price I'm quite.. I got the insurance and that let's me sleep in pease and saving my money for calm down tablets.😁

the tv is good for the price but the sound volume is very poor. had to buy a sound bar to get louder and better quality of sound.

For me this product is great value for money. I bought 2 of these for my kids bedrooms, they're perfect for a 2nd TV in a bedroom. The built in NetGem TV gives them access to all the normal freeview channels with no need for an aerial cable, its all via the WIFI, then there is 2 HDMI ports on the back which they both have their games console plugged into, then a Firestick in to the other giving them access to Netflix and Disney Plus.Great value product and they are both happy as larry!!

Paid good money for a vastly inferior product. Interface is slow,clunky, locks up and frustrating. Every detail smacks of low quality. Sound is weak and unpleasant. Feels like a very poorly designed product punching way above its weight,and failing miserably!At this price you could have a Samsung or an LG and you would be crazy not to. Relegated to the garage already.Look at the name badge,a recognition feature they are recognised by, its on squint!Look at the remote,the user to TVs interface,it feels cheap,un ergonomic, messy, cluttered and feels like Chinese junk from twenty years ago! So little effort has gone into its design.
