DOES NOT FIT.
It looks like it should fit but poor casting makes it just slightly too big. I'm still working on dremeling it down to actually use it. Spend the extra money to get a GM Genuine, I regret not doing so. Waste of time and money.

decent product but little pricy
overall i have this product a 3 star. it doesn't it well without modification. however a Dremel well do it the job. The color matched my Chevy avalanche pretty good. there's no other product online that like this one, so it kind of this or nothing. i thought it was a little pricy for not fitting well. therefore I'm glad it exist at an option but could have been made better and priced better.

This is not A GMC “OEM” product #23164631 but a “cheap aftermarket replacement”
The console arrived broken and unusable. The front tabs were snapped off. The carton was not damaged in transit so it was shipped damaged. The Quality is very poor and the wood finish didn’t match the pattern or color and won’t pass as an OEM replacement. The compartment covers don’t open and close properly,I immediately returned the product to Amazon for a refund. I wouldn’t purchase this replacement product again after seeing it, and despite the cheaper cost,I would go ahead and spend the full retail cost from General Motors for the factory “OEM” replacement. The console looks like a good match after having it in hand it’s a poor quality copy

Aftermarket part not OEM
After reading all the reviews on this part, I was skeptical about buying. I did it anyway, thinking if it sucked I would send it back. I just installed it in a 2013 Chev Suburban LTZ, and here is my experience with it. (Much is repeat from other reviews)1.) Part seem to fit ok, no MacGyver tricks to make it fit...thus far, or I can see.2.) Wood grain color is more pale than factory orig.3.) The pop up doors aren't even close to original, and how they should operate. They work, but don't operate smoothly like the OEM part, they are just spring loaded doors that fly open. So, I don't know, will keep it for now and hope it works out. I'm sure OEM part is close to double in price compared to the asking price of this, or close.Depends on what you're looking for, or willing to settle for.(Just checked, original OEM part no longer available. It's this item on Amazon or head to salvage yard(s) to find)

Good value if you don’t mind tinkering.
This looks like it should be an easy swap but requires quite a few modifications to make it fit. Most of the underside is secured with large screws and the original is spot welded. The height difference in the screw heads needs to be accommodated. Once in place it’s also just a tiny bit too large. So one side will sit up a bit. I angled mine to be at the rear side to hide the bad fit. The color also is just a bit lighter than stock. If you can deal with all of that then this is a good value, since the original part is many times the price.

You get what you pay for…
If you’re someone like me that gets bothered easily when something doesn’t line up, is off a little bit, or doesn’t look right, this item is NOT for you!1: It’s a lot duller and the design is off a little.2: The OEM compartments have a smooth slow opening flow to it when you push the buttons. On this one, the compartments shoot open because the spring is loaded too much.3: The inside was rushed when it was put together. They painted on the interior piece by the cup holders (that should be black), and the rubber inside is not snapped in place. Even the product pictures show the rubber cup holder is not tucked in leaving a gap.Not bad for the price, but too much to overlook.
