This product is excellent value for money. I purchased it to help my skin, hair and joints look and feel better and I'm not disappointed. I can see my hair is stronger and shinier than before, my facial skin looks brighter and plumped and I feel great. More than I had expected, many thanks.

I really like this brand and have been lucky enough to gave the opportunity to try a few different products. They are a family run Scandinavian business which I also really like.I was giving these a go to address changes in my hair, skin and nails due to menopause symptoms. The recommend dose is between 2 and 5 capsules a day. I took two a day and 3 weeks in I am genuinely amazed by the results - to be honest I didnt really expect them to do much and I wish now I'd taken before & after photos as the difference is really obvious. I'm in my 40s and have (or had) some wrinkles under my eyes, crows feet, lines around my mouth and some quite deep lines (comparatively speaking) on my forehead. All are clearly reduced- crows feet have pretty much gone altogether. The deep lines on my forehead are massively reduced. I have hormonal acne around my mouth and nose too and although it's still there, it's not as angry looking and some of the smaller patches have almost gone. With continued use, or maybe a higher dose, it might go altogether.These capsules are nicely presented, the packaging is nice and informative. The bottle is plastic with metal lid with a security seal. The capsules themselves are a good size, not too big so are easy to swallow. They do smell really bad though... kind of eggy. I dont have a very good sense of smell so generally, if i can smell it, it must be pretty bad!! If I take them on an empty stomach I get rotten eggs burps. Its gross. Really gross. So gross it makes me feel sick. There have been no side effects to taking them - aside from gross eggy burps.Although the capsule for these is vegetarian - this is not a vegetarian or vegan friendly product as far as I can tell. It's completely my mistake that I thought they were, although when I looked properly they clearly are not advertised as such. I made an assumption based on the description of a vegetarian capsule. Amazing results aside, I'm personally not keen on consuming animal byproducts so wouldn't continue using these despite being really impressed with the results - but that is a completely personal thing.

Great product very easy to take no after taste why did I buy just wanted to give myself a lift and I think it is working early days yet .also couldn’t be happy with there service ordered and delivered in one week thank you.

I seriously don't think I can find the words to describe how awful these smell. When I got them I have to be honest and say that I was scared to take them since they smelt so vile. Take them I did and have been doing so for the past few weeks and I have finally decided to stop. The smell is one thing, the problem I am having is an awful after taste for an hour or two after I take them. I can't comment on whether the vitamins work or not because I know I have not given them enough time to see any differences.

The product does not have any noticeable effect on my skin, maybe it’s because the way too small concentration inside.

The directions about how and when to take these are very vague and as a result, it really knocked my confidence in using the product. It just tells you to take up to 5 a day, but doesn't tell you if to space them through the day, take them all at once or what. Or how to determine whether to take 1 or 5 a day.....that's quite a range! Personally, I took 5 a day, meaning the tablets only last 2.5 weeks. I took 3 in the morning and 2 at night. They don't smell or taste the best but they go down easy enough. I chose these due to the supposed benefit to skin, hair and nails. My skin has always marked easily and takes a while to heal over the last decade and I've really neglected and abused my hair lately so I figured I could use all the help I could get! I can't say too much about the effect on hair, but I can say I've been thinking lately how the skin on my face is so nice lately. I can't attribute it all to these tablets as I have also been taking vitamin E which is good for the skin. However, I do think they've played a part. I can't recommend them those with such rubbish instructions, and at £17 for a 2.5 week supply (if you take 5 a day), it seems rather steep. So only 3 stars from me.

Really feel the benefits to my skin and hair from this supplement after a few weeks.Slightly strange smell from them which my other half is convinced I'm imagining...

Quite a few of them are a lot more expensive than this particular product, therefore I was very interested in this named product from AAVALABS which according to the ingredients seem to contain a lot more natural ingredients with a few extra ingredients though clearly natural e.g. sunflower oil is a more natural ingredient but how much would be needed to add natural goodness for your nails etc.I have been taking these capsules for a couple of weeks now and have had no adverse effects on my insides. My skin etc seems to look more clearer etc and I am hoping these improvements do continue especially for my hair etc.A very nicely presented supplement which I am happy to recommend.
