I can only review based on the product received and its suitability for the purpose. I ordered the spares kit for the 3000 model and received one for the 3002, which had a larger brush than the 3000 and the mop pieces didn't appear to have the same attachment system (they were missing elastic at each end that the ones included with the vacuum had to attach them to the vacuum). However, the mops were much thicker than the included ones, so I'm sure they would be good if they were the correct ones.Now have to go through the hassle of returning and the concern that, if I reorder the same item, they might send the wrong one again if it's stored/logged as a different product.

The media could not be loaded. I had my reservations but WOW I have had this since a few weeks & we are very pleased with it. Of course we need to check the performance after 1 yr but so far I’m convinced is an excellent purchase ( we only have to train it perhaps to learn how to clean windows loool) the Small bin container the robot is easy to empty. We have not used any special features but does a good power to clean Around & (considering I have a large dog) recognises automatically steps so moves away to avoid fall.

As can be seen from my pics , our unit is a RVC 3000, the replacement parts kit is labled for RVC 3000.POSITIVES...The package arrived very quickly.The brush replacemebts are fine and fit perfectlyNEGATIVEThe replacement filters are a completly different size and shape and as such are unusable.2 Stars

As previous reviewers note... not fit for purpose. Advertised for 3000 model but filters provided are not compatible. We are now in 2023 and this is still wrong. Returned and refund requested. I'd have rather had the parts I ordered.

I ordered the same product previously with no issues, however this time the filters that came in the pack did not fit my machine. Very disappointed as it was the filters I needed the most.
