Bought myself a pair of these for use with kettlebells as found i was getting a lot of hard and painful skin on my hands from the movement of the kettlebell.Quality: Good build quality and very durable, mine have seen a lot of use and are holding up well.Function:These provide good grip and are well cushioned - no more issues with the kettle bell causing callouses on hand. Was a bit concerned at first as the leather pad seemed as if it might be a bit slippy for doing swings, however, it provides surprising amount of grip. Easy to take on and off and leave thumb free which gives you a bit better grip. I have also used these with dumbells and weights machines and again these provide good grip and cushioning. - Excellent product, I find them more comfortable and convenient than gel gloves.Style: These look alright , lots of different colours, very low profile on back of hand.Packaging: Arrive in a small plastic buttoned pouch which can be used to store them together in your gym bag to save you raking for them individually.Ease of Care: Can be easily washed in washing machine with no issues.

Extremely fast delivery from the USA - ordered on the 13th May and they arrived on the 19th May. Delivery estimate was the 12th of June so I'm very pleased that I've received them so quickly. Tried them out this evening on the pull up bars in the park and for the first time in forever I stopped because my arms were tired, not because my hands were sore. Very pleased with the first impressions - they're comfortable to wear and I felt like I had a solid connection on the bar.Hopefully my days of having callus covered hands are behind me now!2019 Update - I had forgotten I reviewed these but hey, Flash forward 4.5 years and I still love them. Still providing protection for pull up bars and I even use them for cycling as I don't like wearing gloves in the summer. Buy these and you'll be happy for years!

normal weight lifting gloves do not suite the chinup bar. so when you want to protect your hand from developing painful callusses, weight lifting gloves are not so good (apart from the Gold's Gym ones) where as these are perfect. You get the feel, you can grip the bar well (often weight lifting gloves cause your grip to loosen on the chin up bar) these a re perfect for that.However what makes them so good for the chinup bar makes them less effective for kettle bells (well, heavy ones any way). I am sure that for 16KG or 20KG they might be ok, but when you get to 24KG, the weight of the kettle bell and the thickness of the handle, highlight the thinnes of the glove and it starts to crease a bit, even with a very relaxed grip where you let the handle almost rotate freely in your hand, on returning from jerk or a snatch, the creasing causes a little snagging, much the sanme as you get with regular weight lifting gloves.Its not a major issue just a minor annoyance. Its only a small snag, but it means the motion of your return swing feels slight impeded. Still if you can put up with that, watch your calluses disappear!

Pull ups are a major part of my training regimen and I've always suffered with bad calluses as a result. I've tried many ways to reduce them such as talcum powder, gloves, foam wrapped around the bars etc. but the hard and ripped skin just wouldn't go away. After watching an American CrossFit video I noticed some people were wearing GymPaws and so I ordered a pair. They arrived promptly and within a few days of doing pull ups with them, the calluses have started to heal. furthermore, when I train with them I'm not conscious of trapping the skin of my palms and can concentrate solely on the pull ups without the need to apply hemp cream afterwards. The GymPaws feel really comfortable and help grip the bar so for me, I'm really pleased with the product. I would highly recommend GymPaws for all bar type training where grip matters - a great idea that's been a long time coming (for me at least).

I used to use gloves but they ripped easily, good ones are very expensive, so I resorted to bare hands and chalk on pull days for the last 6 years. Still plenty of blisters and callouses.These are great because1. They are tough2.comfortable as they are nicely padded and fit very well3.keep your hands dry as they don't sweat4. Can use my smart phone to update workout as fingers are free5. Easy to pop on and off

I've been using these grips now for a few weeks in the gym and I must say I'm rather impressed with them. They arent showing any signs of wear and seem to be made to a very high quality. Before using these I've always used gym gloves previously, but I must say I now prefer these to gloves. Being an open design they allow your hands to breathe and are a lot cooler, also you dont get that nasty smell that sometimes happens with old gym gloves. Grip wise they are very comfortable, I've used them with barbells and dumbells with no problems. Even with gloves I've still suffered with some calluses, but whilst using these I've noticed the skin on my hands has become softer already.All in all very pleased with the product, and would happily buy another pair.

LA forma es perfecta, se engancha bien a los dedos y te deja libertad de movimiento, el material parece bueno, pero no lo han hecho antideslizante, asi que si te quieres asegurar la caida haciendo dominadas o que se te escape la barra en una arrancada, pillatelos y podras lucir bonitas cicatrices. El guante resbala y el agarre es nulo, te obliga a apretar mas fuerte y aun asi te resbalas.

Après une semaine d'utilisation et une dizaine d'heure de sport, voici mon retour :Les + :+ Facile à mettre et à enlever+ Protègent mieux les mains que dans gants classiques. Surtout au niveau de la partie charnue juste en dessous des doigts en haut de la paume. Je fais beaucoup de rameur et ces gants sont bien plus efficaces que des gants classiques.+ Prise en main des objets faciles.+ Fonctionne pour à peu près tout (sauf l'escalade mais ce n'est pas une surprise)+ Bonne aération. Ne garde pas la sueur comme des gants classiques.Les - :- Serre un peu autour des doigts pendant les premières heures d'utilisation.- Trop petit pour les grandes mains ! Je fais presque 1m90 pour plus de 94kg. C'est vraiment dommage que ce soit taille unique. Il manque 2 cm sur le côté et 3cm sur la longueur pour que les gants me protègent vraiment les mains.==> En conclusion, grand adepte de sport en salle, je suis vraiment satisfait de cet achat Avec une possibilité de taille plus grande (XL), j'aurais mis 5 étoiles Je considère ces gants comme une alternative aux gants classiques. Reste à voir la durée du cuir dans le temps.****Mise à jour après 2 ans d'utilisation****Toujours satisfait par les gants. Ils ne sont pas cassés et peu usés malgré la forte utilisation que j'en fait.Avec le temps, le produit s'est légèrement distendu ce qui fait que ça me couvre finalement assez bien les mains mais ce n'est pas optimal.En tout cas, les gants protègent bien et je n'ai pas beaucoup de cornes aux mains.Je passe donc ma note de 4 à 5 étoiles après 2 ans d'utilisations.Je recommande chaudement et vais en acheter pour des amis coach sportifs.

Por lo que he leído en los comentarios, he debido de tener mala suerte o les doy mucha caña, pero las costuras interiores, que van cerca de la palma de la mano, se esta rompiendo, si no me equivoco llevo solo 10 dias con ellos, es cierto que los uso mucho, pero no tanto como para esto, creo que a podido ser un defecto.Vienen también por dentro con la siligrafia del nombre de la empresa y con el uso, se esta borrando, eso me da igual, pero todo el pegamento y el vinilo se te queda pegado a la mano.

Nach einigen Trainingseinheiten mit den GymPaws stelle ich fest, dass die Schwielen an den Händen deutlich zurück gehen. Die war auch der Hauptgrund, nach Handschuhen oder Pads zu suchen. Ausschlaggebend für die Pads war u.a. das schnellere Aus- und Anziehen und das angenehmere Tragegefühl. Die Erwartungen diesbezüglich haben sich voll erfüllt.Ein Stern Abzug nur für den anfänglichen Geruch der Pads, ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann die Pads guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!Update: Nach ca. 5 Monaten in Gebrauch lösen sich die Nähte überall auf. Habe die Pads ca. 3 x pro Woche genutzt. Bin der Meinung, dass solche Pads länger halten sollten - schade! Daher nur noch 1 Stern, weil ich anfangs wirklich zufrieden war.

Jemanden, der etwas kleiner Finger hat als ich (1,80 m, 95 kg) und Pads sucht die keinen Grip haben müssen kann ich dieses Produkt empfehlen.Zum Grip:Für mich ist es beim Krafttraining leider nicht das richtige, da ich einen guten Grip brauche. Die Pads sind aber sehr glatt. Man muss allerdings auch zugestehen, dass in der Artikelbezeichnung nicht steht sie hätten einen guten Grip. Das Wort "Grips" steht einfach als Substantiv mit in dem Artikeltitel.Zur Größe:Ich habe die Pads nur 10 Minuten benutzt (da sie für mich auf Grund des fehlenden Grips dann nicht mehr zu gebrauchen waren).In dieser Zeit saßen sie sehr eng und ich empfand es nicht als sehr angenehm. Allerdings beschreiben andere Nutzer sie würden sich mit der Zeit weiten. Ich hatte allerdings sofort Angst die Nähte würden reißen weil es so eng war.

Für all diejenigen, die gerne und oft Hantel/Langhanteln stemmen und keine Lust auf Schwielen haben: dies ist DIE Alternative zu Handschuhen! Meine Handschuhe bringen meine Hände zu sehr zum schwitzen und stinken bestialisch trotz regelmäßiger 60 grad Wäsche. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mir die Gym paws bestellt. Und ich bin begeistert!Die Passform ist perfekt und meine Hände schwitzen nicht mehr. Der grip ist ideal und auch nach dauergebrauch kann ich bisher keinerlei Abnutzung feststellen! Keine Risse im Leder keine ausgeleierten Fingerschlaufen. Und vor allem: kein Geruch! Bonuseffekt: die paws nehmen keinen Platz weg und sind gut zu verstauen.Klare Kaufempfehlung!

È già il secondo paio che compro. Usato in palestra per allenamento calistenico. Prodotto ottimo, pratico e resistente. Il modello adesso ha anche una superficie maggiore rispetto alla versione precedente. Morbido al tatto, neutralizza del tutto la callosità che può derivare dal fare esercizi a mani nude. Dopo i primissimi utilizzi in cui la pelle deve un po’ “usurarsi” per non scivolare risulta perfetto. Non inspessisce di molto il palmo e consente una presa salda. Non fa sudare eccessivamente la mano risultando molto meno maleodorante rispetto un guanto da plestra classico. Lavato in lavatrice a 30 gradi senza danni. Consigliato.

Las he comprado para sustituir mis guantes ya que estaba un poco feos y la verdad que me van fenomenal. Me gusta más que los guantes por la sencilla razón de que tu mano puede respirar y el producto no queda con un olor a sudor horrible.De momento llevo unos 4 meses y está como nuevo, no se han roto las costuras y igual de cómodo.

I've been using GymPaws for a few days and think they're pretty good. I have two "complaints". I wish there was something over the thumb, rather the area between the index finger and the thumb. Sometimes, towards the end of a workout, my grip would get a bit weak and I tend to hold the dumbbell at the top (towards top plate, specifically when doing step ups or hammer curls, etc) and so the plate would "rub" in the area between my thumb and index finger, leaving bruises.My second "complaint" is that the palm part is not long enough/doesn't offer protection during some exercises, for example triceps dips, chin ups on a straight bar, etc - and it's very uncomfortable doing these without gloves (for me).Anyway, positives outweigh the negatives - they're comfortable overall, I like that my hands can breathe, don't get sweaty, paws are not slippery, the glove is comfortable around the fingers and they seem and feel very well made. I would recommend this product.

Da Schwielen und Hornhaut vielleicht bei Bauarbeitern dazu gehören, empfand ich es als bekennender Bürohengst doch recht unangenehmen da sich durch lang und kurzhanteltraining genau diese Symptome gebildet hatten. Ich wollte keine geschlossene Handschuhe aber auch nicht mit diesen peinliche Schaumstoff Stücken die manche verwenden im Studio herumlaufen. Nach etwas Rechere fand ich die gym paws und war erst skeptisch diese aus den Staaten zu bestellen, da ich diese jedoch nirgends in D fand tat ich dies. Nach gerade mal 7 Tagen waren die Teile da. Ich bin restlos begeistert.Ich verwende die paws nun seit etwas mehr wie 3 Monaten und würde nie wieder ohne trainieren wollen. Passform ist genial schmiegen sich den Händen an und die Hornhaut ist mittlerweile nahezu Weg.Die Handschuhe sind wider Erwarten echt stabil, 70kg bankdrücken oder 60kg Schulterheben hinterlassen trotz griffiger Handelstage keine Beschädigung des leders, sehen seit Kauf immer noch aus wie neu.Das sich einige über den Geruch des neuen Produktes beschweren kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Sie riechen nicht nach Blumen aber nun auch nicht so schlimm wie beschrieben. Der neugeruch ist ohnehin nach 1-2 Wochen verflogen gewesen.

I really like these grips quite a bit. I've tried several different types from various manufacturers... and I always find myself coming back to these. Recently, I lost one somehow... so I quickly ordered a new pair to replace them.Things I like:- They're super easy to take on/off (no wasted time between exercises)- They cover exactly the right areas on your hands (no more / no less)- They seem to work well for many hand sizes (I've let many people 'borrow' them at the gym)- They don't fall apart after many uses (had my first pair for more than a year and they were still comfy)- They're easy to clean in the washer/dryer and don't get ruinedThe only slight criticism I have is that they can be a little slippery when you first start using a new pair. But after wearing them in for a bit, they get a bit more 'grip' to them.

Nicht zu empfehlen... Schlechte Qualität... riechen Extrem... Selbst nach längerer Zeit... Behindern einen beim Training mehr als alles andere... Rutschige Innenfläche... Klimmzüge nicht denkbar... Man merkt auch sonst alles durch.... Kann man auch ohne trainieren...

[Langzeiterfahrung siehe unten]Ich habe mir diese Handschuhe gekauft, weil ich nach dem Crossfit Training an der Klimmzugstange ordentliche Handschmerzen hatte und sich dort ordentlich Hornhaut gebildet hat, die anfing aufzureißen. Seitdem ich diese Handschuhe benutze habe ich damit keinerlei Probleme mehr.Sie sitzen richtig gut an meiner (eher kleineren Männer-)Hand und ich habe keinerlei Schmerzen mehr nach dem Training - jetzt machen Klimmzüge umso mehr Spaß!Das Neopren saugt Schweiß gut auf und scheint auch recht haltbar zu sein.Mein Trainingspartner hat ähnliche Handschuhe, die aber eine gummierte Fläche haben. Durch das Gummi kann man aber nicht so gut an der Stange gleiten wie bei diesen Handschuhen mit Leder, daher finde ich meine Handschuhe besser. Wahrscheinlich hält das Leder auch etwas besser.Alles in allem kann ich die Handschuhe nur jedem empfehlen, der viel mit Hanteln und/oder Klimmzugstange arbeitet, es ist wirklich angenehm und einfach schmerzfrei!Update nach 2 Jahren:Benutze die Paws immer noch einmal wöchentlich und sie leisten mir immer noch super Dienste. Verschleiß ist dank des echten Leders nicht zu erkennen, wirklich klasse!

Ja Lieferung war gut.Das Produkt:Als erstes ist mir aufgefallen das diese Handschuhe einen sehr starken Eigengeruch haben (Leder, Chemie ...). Nachdem ich sie gewaschen habe (Handwäsche) dachte ich wird es besser, dies ist leider nicht so.Von der Handhabung sind sie sehr gut und erfüllen ihren Zweck, aber dieser Geruch ist für mich schon sehr störend. Ich habe sie trotzdem behalten und hoffe das sich der Geruch irgendwann in Luft auflöst.
