Really works well. People complain about the thin glass, but it's very strong (like pyrex) and feels very high quality. The tea strainer is genius, down to the part where the vents don't quite go all the way to the bottom, which means it won't leak all over the place when you remove it from the cup. Well-designed, functional, and high quality.

UPDATE: Glass spontaneously broke at the top of the handle, out of dishwasher, after 4 months of daily use. Pleasantly surprised how sturdy this seems, considering the glass construction. The minimalist design is great. Large, comfortable handle. Volume actually nearer 19 oz. Lid not wood, glued bamboo, but I didn't buy this for the lid. Great cup!

i have received mug today and i have used this and it hold good amount of liquid such as tea, water, etc. i have not yet use the infuser so will try later but seems to be clean and looks good. this is only my preference but the lid is too loose for me if i am using as a lid instead of using a infuser dish.

I wanted a clear mug and this works well enough. The strainer is great at straining out the tea leaves and it is a great size for a single cup of tea. My only issue is I can't put the lid on or it gets so hot I can't get it off easily, so I haven't really been using the lid.

Can't complain about anything here. It's perfect and well made.

Lightweight and easy to carry on the go. The wooden cap is a great addition to keep tea warm and covered from dust sparkles.

I have had two of these. The first was a gift, and lasted one day before an open newspaper edge slid it right off the counter. They are so light that it takes very little to set them flying. I replaced it, and the second one lasted almost two months. For that to happen I had to remember to put it down on a non-slip coaster with every sip. Finally, I bumped it against something and that was that! I do love them, but they are too expensive to be replaced frequently.

L'ho regalata e volevo un qualcosa che fosse elegante anche se, di fatto, si tratta di una tazza. Devo dire che sono pienamente soddisfatta: il vetro è leggero, il tappo di legno e il filtro d'acciaio. L'aspetto generale è di un buon prodotto dalle linee pulite, anche se resistente. Il filtro non perde e il manico, pur essendo di vetro, non scotta. Unico neo è che il filtro è alto, quindi va riempito fino all'orlo.

I love this mug. I've been trying various infusion methods for loose leaf tea as I have some very fine teas that leak through mesh filters. This mug has tiny holes in the metal filter part and I was finally able to make some tea without bits leaking through. It's also less hassle than the dangling infuser things. Looks nice too I use it for coffee and lattes also.

Keeps Tea warm, looks great in my kitchen. Glass handle feels delicate when you are used to heavy mugs but is extremely strong. I would purchase again.
