When I work home, I had been using my boyfriends chair. It was nice, leather, big and comfy….everything I didn’t have. So, I went on the search for my own perfect office chair. Trying to get a chair online is something that would have been impossible for me because I wanted to actually sit my butt into it and see if it was comfy, I headed into Office Depot and found this chair and it was *chefs kiss*, however, they didn’t have this chair in stock. Low and behold, i found the exact same chair online….and cheaper! Thanks Amazon!!! The shipping was fast and I took us under an hour to build it. The chair is super stable, I like the lumbar support which you can adjust and the thickness of the chair is comfy and supportive. Oh yeah, the arms are adjustable too which is nice. Overall, I think this chair is great and I hope with love and care, it will last for years to come!

I needed a nice large comfortable chair since I work from home. I thought to get a Serta chair, but after sitting on this one at Office Depot and seeing that the arms lift up, I ordered this one.Assembly was very easy... the directions were great and I finished in about 40 minutes. The only issue was getting the back set up because I didn't have an extra set of hands. Turning the chair on it's side helped me get this done.The chair has some lift, but it's not like it goes up and down a foot, just a few inches to help with comfort.The chair is plush... the adjustable headrest is great. I can sit at my desk and work in comfort... I can even put my foot up in the chair while working.For a smaller person it will be nice for all the room you have... for a larger person you will be comfortable and feel supported.Very pleased.

The chair looks really nice however it is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I bought the product in May and kept trying to make it work but it just doesn't. I even bought gel pads and cushions to soften the seat and that still didn't help. The seat doesn't have nearly as many features as some of the less expensive chairs have.I reached out to the seller and the response I received was and I quote "Dee, you've had this chair for 4 months and I don't think I can offer you a refund or take the item back." I even offered to send the chair back and get a 50% refund? This chair was over $500 after taxes. I was never offered any solution or even asked what the problem was or why I didn't like the chair. Basically, just told I had the chair 4 months and they aren't willing to resolve the issue at all or compromise. Apparently I only had 30 days to return the item (my fault for not seeing that), I would not have purchased it if I had known that. The fact that they only offer a 30 day return policy on chair that cost over $500 is an immediate red flag to me. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AS AWFUL AS THE PRODUCT!

I have used the Torval Big and Tall Chair in my office for almost four years, and it is in great shape. It sits very well and provides excellent lumbar support. I had issues with the gas lift cylinder, but the chair includes a five-year warranty. They sent me a new gas lift cylinder free of charge. I have had no issues with it since. Most chair manufacturers only include a one-year warranty. This has been a good purchase for me.

WONDERFUL comfortable chair. I work from home and have had this desk for several months. It is still comfortable.

Before I bought this chair, I went and tried it out at Office Depot. The one in store was a lot softer. It also was about $100 more. When I saw the price drop on this chair, I went ahead and ordered it. The seat is the only complaint that I have other than one of the clamps for the cable that adjust the seat was snapped off during shipping, but it’s of a minor inconvenience.

Very comfortable and big enough for me to cross my legs on it! Box wasn't too heavy - was able to get it up the stairs myself.

Nice chair, was missing directions!Seal the box with tape better to avoid this problem!
