I have four senior dogs ranging in age from 13 to 16 years. I started this to replace the Apoquel for my dogs allergies. I have to say so far I am very impressed, not as much foot licking and rawness in between the toes. I added the senior to the regular zesty paws. I would definitely recommend also her sensitive stomach is not as sensitive which is a bonus!

These did not help my dog with allergies (9 yr old Male Doberman). However, he liked these as treats!

We have two senior dogs and a puppy. We discovered Happy Paws first while searching for a probiotic supplement for the two older boys. The Aller-Immune bites came highly recommended and within a week of giving them the boys showed a lot of improvement. Less itching, less sneezing, bald spots disappeared and coats returned to their usual shine. Then along came or baby girl. A 9 week old shih tzu puppy who has more energy than any one living creature should have. Despite all of our efforts to wear her out, she could not be tamed. We went back to Happy Paws and found a Calming Mini Bite that works wonders. We give it to her in our nightly "wind down" routine and within half an hour it's lights out. Cue cricket and snoring sounds. The only negative side is she sleeps so well she wakes up in the morning ready to hit the ground running. Although, we believe that is a reasonable compromise for 6 to 8 hours of blissful sleep.

Was a waste of money for us, it must work for some based on the ratings, it got me to try it unfortunately. It was a chore to hide it in his food, he hated the taste and would pick it out unless really mixed well. The itching and licking was not improved even a little bit. Back to apoquel it is.

These work really well for allergy prevention.So, for background information, my dog is getting on in years and is allergic to carrots and some environmental things. Unfortunately, carrots are in basically all the dog food everywhere and she has to go outside to go potty so, as a result, she’s always kind of itchy and scoots her butt on everything. We’ve found her a senior food that is carrot free that we will be switching her to as soon as her current food runs out but it’s not as well rounded. I wanted to find her something that would fill some minor nutritional holes for her, support her overall health, and help with her allergies because she really seemed to be uncomfortable. Well, these fit that description and all I can say is that these are AMAZING!She’s 18lbs and takes one a day and we’ve only be doing this for 6 days so far. Already she barely scoots her butt or chews her feet. She’s also gotten more playful and her coat is sooooooo soft now. On top of that, she thinks these are the bomb and loves to eat them. I do want to note that these things are stinky! But that’s only off putting for a moment when I open the tub and, while I don’t like the smell, she really does.Do your doggy a favor and get them these supplements!
