The tote itself is smaller than the picture makes it look. Also, the roller part with the extended handle is also not as tall as it is made to look on the picture. Plus the wheels are cheaply made and I can barely wheel this bag anywhere- which really is too bad because the concept is EXACTLY what I needed- but the product is pretty cheaply made and I think the pictures are deceiving as to it's true size.

Height is optimal for me. The material seems good. You can smell a weird scent at first but It will pass when you use it one time. It can easily fall over If you do not hold it when it's full. You should drag the bag If you can't drive it. But even dragging is enough to handle weight because while dragging you carry lighter and that way is comfortable. You shouldn't expect a miracle bag or shopping car under 50 dollars. It is very very cost effective. I have lumbar lordosis so I can't carry any bag above 2 kgs but with this bag, I carried 7 kgs thanks to wheels. Also, I don't want to go shopping with a car or a huge thing so I bought this; when you make it be zipped it's like a handbag.

I purchased this for my mom to used to haul her belongings to and from the pool at the local fitness club. She walks with a cane and everything was getting really hard to carry. The size of the bag and the wheels have really helped her get her stuff in safely without having to make her walking more difficult. So far so good. I think so far the only complaint I personally would have is that the bag had a powerful chemical smell when I received it. I left it outside a couple of days, filled it with scented dryer sheets and it was still fairly strong by the time I gave it to her. I think over time the smell with completely go away, but if you are sensitive to chemical smells this might not be something you want.

You truly get what you pay for with this item. It fell apart when I hauled around 30lbs of cheese. 😂😂 It’s build for carrying around lighter objects.

I have used this several times -- and am quite disappointed. One of the wheels keeps tucking in. And even when both wheels are on, the bag falls over.It's not big enough for a quick trip to the grocery store.Just the right size for laptop.But because it has a tendency to fall over even when it's only half-full, I have decided to stop using it. Not worth the aggravation.

I love, love, love these bags! I have bought a ton of them, for myself, for gifts and for spares. It is not for a lot of weight, I can’t imagine that it would be for the price. I use as an overnight bag, for the gym, and it is great on vacation to carry as a tote, then open up and pull if I buy things. I always keep one in each car, use one to travel for my personal item. Fits great under an airplane or plane seat. My mom uses one to carry her portable oxygen and extra tubing in. I had got her another, heavier bag for that purpose, but it was hard to get in and out of the car etc., where this is perfect size and collapses nicely, without the heavy support frame. I will always have a supply of these.

The Pros: Easy to use, great for small shopping use, very portable. This is a tote not to be used for very heavy tasks as it will topple over. Went shopping, bought 2 boxes of shoes and numerous clothing items and it was substantial. Cons: It has a TERRIBLE chemical odor. I had to spray with Fabreeze, please dryer sheets inside to no avail. Only after I blew it with hot heat from my hair dryer for 10 minutes did the odor seem to get better but not completely disappear.

What is it with products getting worse and worse every day??? I had a wonderful, foldable, canvas shopping bag years ago that I bought in Bed, Bath & Beyond in NYC. Never found it again. I bought another one that was also canvas - not as good as the first one, and I got a lot of use out of it. The next one, bought in Amazon, was a piece of junk. And now, looking at the reviews and what it looked like in the photo, I bought this one. Honestly, what can you carry in this bag with the really not sturdy wheels???!!! So disappointed! Bought and had it shipped abroad for myself and as a gift. Never again! I won't buy what I can't return quickly. Stop getting cheap products from China! Enough! Cheap stuff. I would rather pay more and get something that will last and I can get good use from it; but I can't even find that! Get good quality please!

Small but perfect

Good product, but bottom part is not strong enough for heavy weights. Would not recommend for groceries..Note to manufactures, make it stronger, no problem paying a little be more for something that can last longer..

One of those COVID-time items that suddenly appeared on everyone's radar. It's a great idea, but as one reviewer has already noted....don't use this for groceries. So I evaluated by doing exactly that.....I took it out to do a lightly grocery run and here's the assessment. Since there's no structural aspect to the bag, your arm basically takes the full weight of whatever is in the bag once you tilt it to roll. So while it's nice that the wheels move things along nicely.....your arm definitely feels the impact all the way home. And to add insult to injury.....when I unloaded my groceries....I noted daylight coming through one of the bottom seams....yup ripped already (with just a small bag of food). Kinda reminded me of those suitcases we all thought were so great until the in-line wheelie ones appeared on the scene. If you're into dragging things along behind you....knock yourself out. Personally I prefer things that actually take the 'work' out of the equation.

Okay the bag is fine but I got it for my grandmother and I don't think it will be easy for her to fold and unfold AT ALL. And I'm not sure if you could tell from my photos but the bolts on the bottom are also loose. One is tight enough and fine but the other one is so loose you can take it off with your hand. It is almost stripped. My grandmother is going to be using this and then lose a wheel while she is shopping! I have to tighten it with some kind of wrench and then I also have to find a type of adhesive I guess. All in all I like this concept but it's not the best quality honestly

So after one use my bag has a hole close to the wheels. It's definitely not designed for too much grocery and I would not recommend pulling it over a 10 mins walk. The bag cannot stand when groceries are in it and it tends to fall over. In this case, you get exactly what you pay for. Dont expect a miracle from this grocery bag
