Cuts well.
These are sharp and work well.I like how it cuts like 3 pieces at a time so you can cut your herbs faster. I actually got them because we use a lot of green onion and these work well to cut that. They are easy to clean too. They are lightweigit and sturdy.

Value for the money
I read the comments before purchasing but I went ahead anyway. This scissor would be good for cutting leafy herbs-etc. I tried it on bag iceberg lettuce and it didn’t do well. It’s kinda small for my big hands but I think it well do good for fresh parsley-etc that type of stuff. but I’ve not tried it on it yet. Some reviews complained about rust , I haven’t had a issue with that. I use a lot of stainless steel in my kitchen and had some rusting issues with pots but I believe it’s the city water and stuff in it because of cast iron pipes. I had one pot that I used exclusively for boiling water to make coffee that had a rusting issue and was difficult to clean to the point it thought about writing it off until I discovered the trick of using lemon juice and hot water. This one pot I put a lot of lemon juice then water let it boil for awhile then sat it in my countertop for 3 day and the pot with a little scrubbing came perfectly clean like brand new. If people are having a rust issue it might not be the scissors but your water. Warning if you decide to use the fallowing cleaning tip use Ansell nitrile gloves because lemon juice is vary acidic and my harm your skin on your hands, at the end of this I posted a complete description of the Ansell gloves I use, and they are available on Amazon. If you have a cleaning issue soak your scissors in a pan of hot lemon juice water for a couple of hours but be careful not to submerge the handle ends because I Don’t know what effect the lemon juice will have on the coating. I tell you that lemon juice trick really works. It even dissolves calcium buildup on my glass pot lids , it’s awesome. Now I’m cleaning all my stainless stuff in hot lemon juice water. And use real good industrial gloves if you plan on using this trick. I use Ansell 37-185-10 size 10 18”” 22mm Sol-Vex unlined Nitrile Gloves Sandpatch finish exclusively in my kitchen. They are awesome. Available on Amazon for 15.40 per pair. They well last you a vary long time at home in the kitchen. I used to use them when I worked as a heavy duty diesel mechanic.

Great concept, easy to use!
I like these scissors, great concept! Worked well, the herbs get stuck pretty quickly but the end of the cover help get it out. Not great for green onions for actual onion part. Could be sharper. Easy to use.

Perfect! Should have bought it sooner!
I've only had the herb scissors for 2 days, and I've used them on more things than I thought I would! I made congee last night (rice porridge) and I like to season it with maki roll seaweed (or nori seaweed)... the herb scissors cut right thru the seaweed like a dream! (tricky clean up as nori seaweed likes to stick when it gets wet. **I noticed the key here is that when you use the herb scissor cleaner ma-jig to clean the scissor blades: you need to push debris out of the scissors pushing to the left once, and then again a second time to the right out...So in other words: scrape both sides of the scissor blades when you clean them (don't just push straight out)...So that worked great! I also like to use a cheese grater to finely chop my onions, but I'm always left with a bit of useful onion skin...the herb scissors worked great on that too! I wanted these scissors for YEARS (but I kept hoping I'd get them for Xmas) anyway now I can't imagine living without them. If you like cooking, and like things chopped fine, these should be a welcome adidtion to any kitchen -- I have a sensitive stomach & I don't always feel so good when I eat food that are chopped chunky All American style... Love these herb scissors!!! (and there was some crazy woman who gave these "herb scissors" a bad review because she couldn't cut celery with them. She needs a vegetable slicer, not herb scissors... celery stalks are not herbs! Haha!...but I'm sure the scissors would cut the celery leaves fantastic-ly!!! Which brings me to Thanksgiving: "Hay!--these herbs scissors will be GREAT for chopping up my celery leaves for stuffing on the holidays!!!!!" :) 5 stars! Thumbs up!

I thought it was going to be better
the problem with it its that it gets stuck all the herb. so is easy to cut it with a normal scissor

Great
If you use fresh herbs you really should think about getting this. Very sharp, comfortable to use. I used it on scallions. This did the job perfectly. Will be using it on parsley. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and chopping herbs can be difficult at times. This makes it SO easy for me. Protective sleeve fits nice. Scraper works great. Not light and flimsy. Good deal. Handy addition for our kitchen. Very pleased.
