Although they are definitely tasty and super convenient for my extensive travels (I prep with my own dual voltage kettle pot), it would appear there is some wheat, barley and/or rye cross contamination occurring somewhere in the manufacturing process. Please understand that I really wanted these items to be an option for me hence the multiple attempts with consumption but I have been managing celiac disease long enough to recognize the symptoms associated with inadvertent ingestion.
