Good product for the price. I am already realising the benefits of the exercises that my physio set me.

Easy to use and to keep

I bought this to make sure I do my core exercises to help my back. It's nice to sit on while I'm watching telly and it does remind me that I need to do the exercises. Unfortunately, when it's behind the chair, I tend to ignore it. I need it to leap out and demand attention!It's well made and the pump is a good size to keep in my exercise bag. It does lose a little air over time, but not much. I've had it a couple of months now and only needed to pump it up once.

I'm 5'5 and went for the small but think I should of gone a size up. It would be really good if it was the right size (my own fault) so will be ordering the next size up
