This is nice products n good quality i love it..

The onions are as good as fresh. Well sliced and flaked. No need to fry them at all. Just add them to any dish at the final stage of cooking. The slices get rejuvenated and make the dish oniony. Expensive, but, saves all the drudgery and tears associated with cutting, cleaning, slicing onions.

Fried brown onions are used in Biryani. These are dried, not fried, and colour is white not brown.
