how do you clean the sponge, if the makeup is water proof?

I wash all of my sponges with hot water and Dawn. It comes clean.

I need the foundation that will hide my wrinkles can you tell me which one I need I have light to medium skin

The Natural would probably be your best bet. The light color is really almost white.

Have you tried YouTube. There are usually videos for all make-up. Type in the name and see what comes up. That is the only way I feel your going to be able to see the difference in the shades other then ordering both shades and sending back the one or both if you done care for them.
