The formulation is more comprehensive than many others and is more affordable in the packet size than a liquid or capsules. I was making a batch and storing in fridge but there were too many times my schedule got wonky with sudden travel and I wasted the batch so I started making a single serving the night prior instead. I also add some mushroom powders and additional Chinese herbs as I'm taking this for uterine fibroids, dump a packet plus the additional herbs into a large mason jar and give it a good shake which lasts me about 2 weeks. Each night I mix a tablespoon with about 3/4 cup mineral water (I'm fortunate to have access to heavily mineralized and high alkaline spring water), let low simmer for about 20 min covered, then turn off the heat and leave on stove until the following morning. I add a little bit of hot water in the AM to warm it and drink on empty stomach. Seems to be leveling my liver's ability to deal with cortisol and my perimenopausal rollercoaster of hormones which hopefully in time will shrink down the fibroids as well. Regardless essiac tea is a powerhouse for immunity and health and I definitely trust this product.

This tea is helping me get over many ailments and is saving my life !

Dislike the taste but if it is working I don’t have an issue.

The ingredients will counter act most all of your cardiac, respiratory, blood pressure and hormone meds!
