Best GF panko I've found!
I've been using another brand of GF panko for years, and it's been a reliable pantry ingredient...good but not outstanding. Recently, I needed some quickly and saw this on Amazon Fresh and took a chance. I'm so glad I did! It's a really good product.We've used this on potatoes (for jojo potatoes) and on fried chicken breasts, and both were stellar! This is the best panko I've used. It's kind of a cross between cracker crumbs and panko, but I like that. It means I get a nice crunch but it's light and crispy not tough. I can leave the pieces as they are or I can crush them a bit for a finer crumb. Both work exceptionally well. My partner and I both agreed the chicken was the best we had ever made.This product does have eggs and honey, so it's not vegan. I usually try to stick with plant based, but it's hard to make a vegan GF bread product without some loss of texture. And this product is a 100% success for us. It's worked well in air fried food, in oven fried food, and in pan fried food.I do think the method you use to bread is important for the best results. I use the triple breading method with cassava flour, an egg wash and a final coating of these panko flakes. I pan fried chicken cutlets 2 days ago. Even after refrigerating the leftovers for 2 days, the coating was still crispy overall straight from the fridge. That earns my repeat business!I absolutely will buy again. They are the best we've had.

They taste like Pringles! Yum!
Easy! Crispy! If you are expecting them to be the same as panko, they aren't but you aren't sacrificing much. They taste like Pringles original flavor.

Great Gluten free Panko!
These are really good gluten free breadcrumbs, I made some excellent chicken parmigiana with them. I would highly recommend putting your breadcrumbs in a processor so they aren't too big. Be careful you don't turn it into flour! It will still work but I find it is better a bit courser. I put my flattened chicken in a wok with olive oil and cooked it for about 2-3 minutes per side until nice and golden brown. Then to finish I put it in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. After that I broiled for a few extra minutes.The only drawback I noticed was the breading fell off a little when I tried to cook the chicken on all sides for uniformity. Not sure how to prevent that from happening but overall still good.

Yummy GF Panko option
When having a celiac child these are a great option!Yummy, but I usually have to blend it to make usable for breading anything tho.I usually bulk buy it.

I am very sensitive to gluten and I can eat this, no problem. Very tasty.

Great to Have for a Gluten Free Diet
Sometimes a person on a gluten free diet misses the textures that bread crumbs can give to foods. These Panko crumbs are a nice addition for baked meats and casseroles. They are a bit pricey but one canister lasts quite a while.
