Simple, Effective, Great
So, I was looking for a 10-key device that would just plug up to my laptop and work. This bad boy was perfect for me. I was able to take it right out of the box, put a battery in it, plug in the USB, and begin working. It is no-frills, no-nonsense device that works exactly like it's supposed to. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a simple 10-key pad for doing calculations and fast number imputing on a laptop.

Works pretty well
So far so good. My only concern is that when I turn on this product, it causes some of the keys on my laptop to not work properly. Certain letters on the right side of the keyboard also have numbers, and this product activates that function. So when I use this, I have to turn it off immediately if I am following with those letters.

Works for my needs
I purchased this for an office finance class since my laptop didn't come with a 10-key pad, though I did debate it after reading through recent reviews. Since I only use it for short periods of time while completing homework assignments, I take the battery out of it when I'm not using it and just keep all the components in a ziploc bag. I've been using it this way for a few weeks now and am still on the first battery I put in.This particular 10-key pad might not work for someone who needs to use one frequently, but since I only need it for this class and for short bursts of time, it works for me.

Useless
Cover for battery was broke when unboxed. ENTER key is extremely loose and doesn’t register 85% of time. Ended up having to use my keyboard ENTER key. I work in accounting and use a number 10 key all day every day. Having to use my keyboard ENTER makes this useless for anyone handling figures all day who are like me and use 10 key all day by memory. Took me several hours longer to due simple adding jobs with discounts when I had to repeatedly use my keyboard ENTER key after every number set loaded . Useless for anyone dealing with figures all day.

Great quality and price
easy to use. Connects to laptop without an issue. Keys feel alright if that matters for you. It's just nice to have a keypad close to me instead of attached to the keyboard. Only complaint is there's no light to show if the number lock is on or not, but it's no big deal

Did exactly what it’s supposed to
I had a laptop that is missing this so I got this and it does exactly what I wanted.

STOPPED WORKING
Well folks, after 2 years it all of a sudden stopped working. The product was kept very well (clean and safe). I've tried multiple different batteries (all new...not ised remote control batteries) and it won't work. One of the biggest glitches it does now is when you press a number (if that even works) it begins to put that number in like 15-20 times really fast and/or doesn't respond at all even with the light indicating that it's on (green light). I also have to click the button a lot (thinking there is some reset button but there isn't) to turn it to the right mode. Let me say, this thing was ABSOLUTELY GREAT when it worked. There's no reason or trigger for this glitch at all. It's always been kept safe in my computer bag or on my desk and no history of spills or hard drops. I even moved which USB port it went into. Not happy about it. Again, it was great when it worked.
