It is true to flavor when making Marmalade, having generous sized bits of yuzu with the rind itself in it. The rind is softened through making the marmalade process and tastes great.PRO TIP: I love using the Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade in several different ways. For a whole chicken or chicken breaststroke or thighs: melt over low heat a few tablespoons blended with water. Feel free to add a tablespoon of honey. Bake the chicken and brush it several times as it cooks. With boned in chicken, bake at 375°F. Use a thermometer and check internal temperature to insure it reaches 165°F. You can also add it to your dredging mix for fried chicken. This also tastes great on pork. Give it a try.For totally yummy bagels: Bring cream cheese to room temperature. There is no need to buy the already spreadable (and overpay) if you allow regular cream cheese come to room temperature for 45 minutes. I use 4 ounces (half the brick) and add a heaping tablespoon of the Yuzu Marmalade to the cream cheese. Blend well with your hand held blender or with your KitchenAid. Store in an airtight container and use on bagels or toast. You can also add to your charcuterie board and allow your guests to add to a wide array of crackers, other fruit or vegetables. You'll be the hit of any party!I have the Yuzu Marmalade from Yakami Orchard on subscription. Very tasty and not too sour!
This immediately became a marmalade that I want to always have in my fridge. It’s like a mixture of orange, grapefruit, and lime. Tasty and light.

Exotic for toast and sauces!
Exotic Yuzu marmalade turns ordinary bread in yummy pastries. Mix a little Yuzu Kosho (Yuzu Pepper paste) and rice wine vinegar and you have a Nobu quality sauce for sushi rolls. Special stuff!
