I had to use a screwdriver and hammer to get the old one out, but once it was out, installation took no time at all. Works as described.

Easy to fit replacement Briggs and Stratton muffler
A great replacement muffler for my trusty Briggs and Stratton mower. Easy to simply unscrew old unit and replace with this new one. The muffler does make an appreciable difference to the noise. Good price for it also.
