PR Lotion, Performance & Recovery Bicarb Sports Lotion, Natural Electrolyte Sodium Bicarbonate Bottle - (300g)

I was skeptical at first but gave it go. Extremely happy with the results. Cured my cramping during my 20 mile runs. Also speed up the recovery process. I noticed I wasn’t as sore as I was before using. This is a great product.

So everyone is different, but I use this after I play squash and it clearly helps with my muscle recovery. I really think it makes a difference.

I love the concept of this. Although it worked to keep the fatigue away, it does leave a chalky residue. Customer service though is great.

I was super skeptical (and I seldom write reviews); the PR lotion works! Ran a 4 miler @ 9:30 pace and my legs were super fresh even at the end. It may not be the most “athletic” run but having been running for about two years, I didn’t get the leg tingles & fatigue I usually get during a run like this.

Works great for my sons track meets. Just be sure to close the lid when you throw it in the gym bag!

This is by far one of the best remedies for your biking and hiking before you go! I used to have aches and pain but since I have used this, all the aches have gone away.

If you live in Seattle then you either race against me or are chasing the same Strava KOMs as me. This is my secret advantage over you because It actually works. So please don’t buy it. I am old (mid 50s) and train and race all the time. In fact I did 53 races in 2021. Most weeks I would race Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Crazy? Not with this stuff. I can go hard on the bike day after day. Never getting that soreness that forced me to rest. I also used to struggle with leg cramps and while I still get them sometimes, using PR lotion has drastically reduced them. I was stronger and faster this year than I ever have been.Snake oil? Maybe…but I use it on every ride. I go through more of this stuff than any other product I have for cycling. It just works. Made me into Superman.I tell my friends about this stuff but not my rivals. So, if you live in Seattle, ignore this review and don’t buy this product.

PR lotion became so thick making it is extremely difficult to squeeze the lotion out of the bottle and apply it to your skin. The previous bottles worked great. I've tried to find the company contact information to see if I could return it for another one and I was not able to find their contact information on the web. I will look for another company that will provide customer support.
