I loved using my standalone A5 Mnemosyne 188 notebook so much, I decided to purchase this holder, which comes with two notebooks included—a great deal for the price. I love how easily the pages tear out of the notebooks, the light grid printed on the pages, how smooth and thick the paper is for writing with fountain pens and other dark, wet pens (there is no bleed-through), and how nicely the notebook cover folds back when in use. The 5 pockets in the holder are the perfect size for organizing and holding the pages after writing. The only downside is that the A5 paper size is not common in the US and I have not been able to find any clear sheet protectors for a binder that will fit an A5 sheet (5.8 x 8.3 inches).
