My initial battery change on a laptop
Based on a YouTube video I purchased this battery for an HP Pavilion (circa 2019 version). In addition to the battery, the purchase included tools for the job. The plastic "blue" piece was essential to dissembling the unit before installing the new battery. Highly recommended.

Correct battery for HP Pavillon 15 cs-laptop
The plastic tool I suspect is for separating the back off of the computer, it broke on the first try so had to use other tools to get it apart. After I installed the new battery it went from 40% to 100% in about an hour. I just hope this last longer than the OEM battery that came with the computer. It only lasted two years.

It worked for me
I was worried about this battery replacement, but it went fine with my Pavilion. I never could have gotten the back off without that little plastic pry bar. The PC booted right up with the new battery and it is giving me long hours right out of the box. I'm not sure about yours, but it worked great for me.

Battery died, no customer service.
I had bought the battery a while back. Finally had time to install it recently. Ran good for 2 weeks and died. Shame on me for not installing the battery sooner so I could have returned it. Shame on the seller for not honoring the warrenty by responding to my email. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy this product!

Replacement battery for laptop
This was a perfect replacement for the original factory battery that the laptop came with. Hopefully it will last longer than the original did.

Easy to install
Battery came as described. The tools were helpful and fit the screws on my HP laptop. I was able to easily install the battery, but unfortunately forme, the battery was not the problem in my laptop. The return process was easy and I just sent it back in the same packaging that they used to shipit to me.

Long Lasting Alternative Battery
I gave it a try and I am not disappointed, it lasts on every single charge and it does not overheat. The only problem is that HP will rat on saying that the battery is not a valid HP component every time I boot my laptop.
