The adapter is working as expected. No complain.

It works so easily and well that I forgot I was using one on my second monitor until I just saw it in my purchase history. That ought to tell you something.

I just bought a Dell XPS8940 10th gen WITH 1.0TB SSD and 2.0TB HDD 64 gb memory after handing down a one-year old Dell XPS 8930 9th gen tower to my husband which I had a compatible HDMI monitor because the 5-year old Dell XPS I handed down to him had problems turning on and he had no patience for it. The 5-yr old came with a Dell VGA monitor which I had to re-use as I hate tossing out perfectly good monitors, It was VGA-only so I figured it is worth it to take a chance on this adapter. I had to wait a week after my new tower was delivered so I couldn't wait to see if it would work, I was skeptical because I read reviews here that one would have to fiddle with resolution adjustmentes, etc... but NO, it worked perfectly the first time.. Don't hesitate, this is a great product. I saw many similar adapters selling for a lot more which didn't make sense because honestly that is all it is, an adapter.

I bought it to connect my laptop to an older monitor and it does its work properly in general.The only problem I had is that the laptop\windows doesn't recognize it connected to a monitor only and redirect also the sound that way - go to sound settings to fix it and you good. Not sure whether this problem can be solved on the level of the adapter, but if yes - it is very recommended, otherwise I would suggest to add some sort of instruction paper.

I bought this because another review had mentioned it worked well for using with a KVM. I use a NOTECONS2 (USB KVM) that only has a VGA input, and occasionally run into a system that has DP/DVI/HDMI but no VGA. This HDMI to VGA adapter was inexpensive, and works well for letting me use my existing KVM with those other systems.Specifically, I have verified that it works with an NVIDIA Titan X, and a Dell 5510 HDMI as the HDMI sources. I assume it will work with others, but those were my two immediate needs, and this worked great.

At first was not correcting the aspect ratio on the external monitor to match the laptop aspect ration but then after a few days and messin around with drivers, settings somehow I got it to replicate the resolution, aspect ratio. Just not sure what I did to fix it.

I actually wanted a black cable that matches with other cables I had. But one black one which costed more than this did not work for me. This one I bought for $2.99 worked well. Wish it was black though. Made in China as usual.

It possibly worked but with my old pc it didnt connect to the tv so i dont know but im giving this item a 4 star review as it came neatly and and was simple to use.

The media could not be loaded.  As you can see in the video, there are scratches on the body, also little yellow mark in joint. So I guess this is used product.Product works fine, but not sure why would seller send used product when I'm paying for new one. It's not like we are buying refurbished product so it should be new one.

I got it on August 17 2022, stopped working on August 29 2022.Cant replace it because replacement window is over, no way of contacting seller and cant claim the three month warrenty.And please just because it had 1300+ reviews and more than half are positive dont buy it. I dont know why half the reviews are postive but really it stopped working for no reason, checked my laptop, my vga cable, my monitor everything is working absolutely fine. No way to claim warrenty or to contact seller.If you have nearby store that sells these products and they assure you refund if it doesnt work go with them.if you dont have a nearby store, it better to not buy this at all.

Everything is fine, i bought white color and looks minimal and premium. VGA connector side looks sleek and premium, even cable too. But the Hdmi side connector looks old design, and doesn't match with rest of the design

Had an urgent requirement, ordered it via prime delivery. Unforntunately this didn't work at all, I had used 3 different laptops and 3 different monitors to arrive at this conclusion. Finally had to buy one from a local store, so amazon allowed return for a full refund.

Great Product quality, looks good and feels good. And does what its suppose to do. I am using the product for extended display from my laptop to monitor
