What a wast of money. Looks like it was made by a two year old. It’s splitting off the handle already and it’s about as sharp as a butter knife.

Outdoorsy and beefy
At first glance of getting the knife it was packaged and protected well. It had a lot of plastic and what I'm assuming was motor oil and definitely not food safe. It was a very heavy, thick and beefy knife that makes me feel like it'd be more of an outdoor hacking knife and a kitchen precision tool. The scales/handles were a bit smaller than the metal tang so it added some ruggedness and manliness to the feel instead of the delicate and polished feeling of a kitchen knife. It was also very roughly sharpened and would have taken quite a bit to get the bevels even and sharpened up well.Ultimately I ended up returning it because its appearance was deceiving but for an outdoor or heavy duty knife it'd definitely do the job if that's what you're looking for. The description lists it as a "Chef Cleaver/Chopper" and this was not really made for the kitchen in my opinion. The lanyard hole near the hilt and the leather sheath points it again in the direction of an outdoor knife.Hope this helps!

Don’t expect more than you pay It’s a little overpriced
There are lots of sharp edges for the metal sticks above the handle overall not finished properly and was not sharp at all but I can fix all of that
