Bat Battling Monster Slicer, 25-Inch Soft Tip Foam Bat with 5 Battle Stages - Activated Lights and Sounds!

This bad looks great and seems very well made. My son is a big fan of Last Kids on Earth, and this toy pretty much blew his mind.My only complaint is that it is listed as a "Soft Tip Foam Bat". I expected a foam bat with a soft tip; something more like a Nerf bat. In reality, the bat is hard plastic. The tip and the embedded monster teeth are a rubber, not foam. This thing will hurt if you get hit with it.

My 6.5 yr old LOVES this toy. It’s made well and seems fairly sturdy. Most of it is plastic except for the rubber tip and some bone or tooth accents. Sound effects are nice and if you press the button enough times you’ll get the completed mission music. There aren’t many toys out there for this cartoon and my son was in disbelief when he opened it Xmas morning lol!

My son love the books and cartoon so why not get the toy to match. Little did I know he found there is a game mode on this so it doesn’t just light up and make noise. He loved this!!!!

Way bigger then expected. The lights and and built in monster slicing game with 5 battle levels is awesome! Every time you swing it, it makes slicing noises and zombie noises. Very realistic. My 8 year old son loves it! Well worth the money, and the quality of it is top notch. Not crappy material or crappy plastic.

The build is SOLID! Does not feel like some cheaply plastic. There’s actually a game programmed into it as well to fight various monsters from the books and show. Pretty neat! Son (9) loves this toy.

Within 12 hours of opening the box, this bat (purchased March 2023) started to only intermittently play sounds when played with - much to the devastation of my 7 year old.Backstory: This is the second bat that we've purchased. My son loves the books and show and was so excited to save for this toy. The first one was unfortunately broken during rough play, and when we went to replace it was unavailable. Finally, after approximately six months, we found that it was available again and snapped it up to replace the beloved toy that was broken. With weather delays it arrived nearly a week later than we expected, but he was so excited to get it and open it up. Much to my dismay, the very next morning he came to me upset because it stopped the battling sounds. We tried changing batteries - not the problem - and have had to accept that there is likely a wiring issue that causes the sounds to stop playing.
