The color I purchased was lilac, and oh man, is it ever pigmented. The dye even held up to the first 2 washes in warm/hot water, staying at a the same hue. Manic Panic faded after the first wash and then wouldn't even re-adhere after a touch up job. La Riche is the best brand ever!The shipping was super fast, too. I'm located in the US and this ships from the UK. Amazon estimated it to be about a month of shipping time from the purchase date. It arrived in approx 2 weeks, and that's going through customs as well.Fabulous!

Turned my hair green as it was washing out.

Ive bought this at least three time already, keeps hair soft and puts a cut lavendar color

Honestly loved this brand after using a blue color for a year, but was SO disappointed with the lilac. Bleached my (very dark natural brown) hair to a beautiful blonde and after using not one but two entire canisters of lilac I came out a brownish reddish color, in some spots blueish purpleish and in a few very small spots what I imagined the color to be. Awful and unsatisfied with the coverage. I could tell it wasn't going to take very well when it wasn't even tinting my skin AT ALL upon touch. Redying my hair immediately with a different brand.

I got mine in LILAC. I am very impressed with this hair dye!!! One pot lasted me (with a bit of added hair conditioner) on my shoulder length hair - see picture before and after. I bleach my hair myself, so it was not even, and the lilac colour did not colour my hair evenly - but that is my fault for not having my hair bleached properly. I still LOVE the result, and I have already washed my hair twice and it's still nice light lilac. I do not want this to be a permanent colour, but I am happy to know I have found one that works, and I can experiment, go on holiday with funky hair :) Next I want to try light pink! Love it. The dye does not smell, is cruelty free... what more you need!

Directions are a fantastic hair colorant, it hardly has any negative effect on your hair and as long as your hair is highlighted as light as possible, and its not right after bleaching as I have found that this can mean the colour doesn't stay half as well, then I have never had a problem.I use 1.5 tubs with equal measure conditioner and then I cover my hair, wrap it and leave it for 30-45 minutes, wash my hair twice afterwards and I have the pastel hair of my dreams. I will advise, start at roots and finish on the ends. <3

Looks amazing and vibrant (I bleached hair 1st) but washed out for to quickly! Easy to apply however went streaky 1st time so had to try again and worked better 2nd time round!
