Tool and tape work as intended. ignore the provided bodyfat chart.I think the tape measure starts at 2 because its supposed to clip into the other side of the tape after you wrap it around your belly/waist. The space in between the two slots is about two inches so it makes sense. Disregard those other reviews about it. They just didnt understand why its designed like that.The body fat chart is complete nonsense though. I measured myself three times and calculated it online with several different calculators and methods and got 18%bf. The chart they provide told me im 29% 😂

The tape measure is better than expected. The calipers feel a little cheap, and probably won't last very long, based on the way the click-stop functions. Even so, I'm happy with the purchase. The price was spot on.

Decent tapes, overall.I'm not sure how accurate these are, as I've not used other tapes to compare. They seem okay. Easy enough to use if you must take measurements by yourself, like I.These aren't particularly wonderful, but they work as intended. The end used to hold the tape in place seem to fit quite tight, so that may be an issue for you. I've just gotten used to only putting them in about halfway to make it simpler to remove. Definitely a star off for that. This is something I shouldn't even need to address.Other than that gripe, these meet my expectations but don't exceed my expectations either.For the price, it seems these are worth the little hassle. I bought the extras so hopefully I won't need to buy again, at least for a long while. If they hold up over time, I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I've used a few and these seem to have a positive click for consistent, accurate measuring.

This is simply a terrible product. I didn't pay a great deal for these, but compared to a similarly priced and designed caliper I've used before this is just not built well. Parts don't align or slot into place which skews the results and makes it very difficult to get any sort of reading. I do not recommend this product
