Awesome Customer Service
First I would like to say that I originally received a rower that didnāt work, so I wrote back and without hesitation, they offered to send me a replacement Proform rower at no extra cost. They also paid to have the inoperable rower to be picked up free of charge. I am very happy with the service that was provided and they made a situation that was not good into a positive experience. Thank you so much for giving me the equipment that I will enjoy for years to come.

Great value
Great value, certainly cheaper than the Norditrack models. Contrary to a lot of reviews you dont need an iFit account and they were upfront about that when I called support. I do have an iFit account and it was very easy to add. Very good quality and has a holder for your phone or tablet to follow the workout.

Has not work since day one- DO NOT BUY FROM PROFOM- AWFUL.
Proform has nothing but a pain in the a33. They have yet to get anything to work. They do not honor they guarantee. DO NOT BY FROM THE IFIT BRAND- Go buy from somewhere else.

Console Locked - they want you to sign up for IFIT
Our purchase said it comes with one year of iFit. The console itself is completely locked and they tell you repeatedly to signup to iFit to unlock. If you go to the Activate area for iFit to unlock your rower they want your credit card and you only get 30 days free not 1 year like it was advertised. We found a work around - if you press and hold the bluetooth button (it looked more to me like a wifi button) hold for 30 seconds until a green light comes on - continue to hold until the display shows a full circle. At that point you have just unlocked your console. They don't tell you this in the instructions - they want you to signup for iFit. We still may sign up for it to see how it is but as of now we are interested in another monthly fee. So far it seems sturdy and runs well. We've only had it about a week. Oh, the box was fiercely damaged when we received it from USP. But they did package everything well and nothing was damaged inside.

Doesn't require iFit!
Note: You do NOT need to purchase an iFit membership to use this machine!!!! All you have to do is press and hold the sync button on the console for several seconds as soon as the machine is turned on. This unlocks the console, and then you are free to use the machine in manual mode. I donāt think it states this in the user manual, unfortunately, which is why there may be so many angry reviews of people thinking they were force-locked into some kind of membership. Not the case.I love this machine!! I have been a rower for years already and I had always rowed on a Concept 2 (the best you can get, basically). Unfortunately, I had to sell that machine, and part of the reason I decided on the ProForm 750R was because it is totally silent and itās cheaper. I didnāt need the BEST rowing machine, and I live in an apartment, so silence is important. To my surprise, I have found that I actually prefer this machine to the Concept 2! Not only because it just feels smoother (and itās quiet), but the magnetic resistance provides a more controlled output. With air resistance machines, you are forced to pay attention to your speed in order to control your overall output. You can end up going much harder or slacking off. Whereas magnetic resistance offers a set resistance, kind of like a cruise control. I personally enjoy this subtle difference after years of rowing on an air resistance machine. But this isnāt really important to any new rower. Bottom line is that you will get a great workout. There are 24 resistance levels, and only an extremely strong rower would need more resistance than that. I rarely go above level 4 for a low to medium-intensity cardio workout.Anyway, this is a fantastic mid-range rower for the price. It says you need two people to assemble it but I definitely did not, and Iām just an average woman (but yeah, itās heavy and I needed help getting the 116lb box up some stairs). Took less than an hour to assemble by myself.Donāt buy if:-You are a very strong or competitive rower and require accurate statistics.-You weigh more than 250 lbs or are very tall since the track isnāt the longest (I would say over 6ā4ā or something)Features of note:-Totally silent, all you will hear is the sound of the seat sliding-Smooth to row on, and seat is more comfortable than most-Even if you donāt have/want an iFit membership, you can still do HIIT training on this machine by simply pressing a button while youāre rowing (at the catch phase) to increase or decrease the resistance. Otherwise, your workouts on iFit will sync with the machine and the resistance will change automatically (pretty cool!) Either way (whether you use iFit or not), you are guaranteed to get a great workout very easily.-Folds up nicely to save a lot of space and rolls around easily-Connects to any bluetooth heart rate monitor-Machine is on the heavier side (116lbs)

Great entry rower. Make sure you have a tablet for a better visual experience.
It's quiet, reliable and straight forward to use. I have been using this rower for a year. I had an ifit membership for a year. Ifit taught me how to row and I have become a 3-5 time a week rower.Strengths: built well, resistance levels are good, the pulling action is smooth and the seat is comfortable. Solid motion at stroke rates under 32 per minute. Super quiet with the magnetic resistance system!Weaknesses: not great at high stroke rates (over 32 SPM) the band does not retract quickly enough and sags. The display only shows 1 stat at a time without a tablet. Overly generous split time and total distance (on a concept 2 I am about 30 seconds slower per 500 meters).I would buy this unit again at the price of $600. Anything more than that, I'd probably look at competitors. Why 4 stars? Basic display and slack in the resistance band at high stroke rates.

I love this Rower!
I love this Rower! I purchased mine almost a year ago directly from the manufacturer as it was not yet available on Amazon. But I have to tell you that it is worth every dollar. To make the most out of it, I recommend purchasing the iFit membership as there are some great fitness classes on their app (caveat, IFIT does not sync with Apple Health). My favorite is the Zambia Beginners series. Again, this is a great piece of equipment. I had purchased a different brand prior to purchasing this one and returned it as it wasn't stable. This Proform 750R rower is very sturdy, yet folds quite well to a standing position. I would have provided pictures, but since I did not purchase it through Amazon, I believe that is why I don't have the option. Nevertheless, you will not regret the purchase.
