If you have been considering trying cacao nibs, DO IT! These are the ones to go for. Considering they are both organic and fermented, you are giving yourself food that is not only good for you but BETTER for YOU! The taste is wonderful. Of course, if you are expecting these to taste like chocolate candy, there may be an adjustment. However, the ability to use the benefits of chocolate in everything from oatmeal to baked goods will bring a smile to your face. Their crunchy texture and pop of flavor give my trail mix an added zing. A little goes a long way, so this bag is a tremendous value. Glad I gave them a try.

I have to watch this product like a hawk, sometimes its unavailable. This is my favorite organic hot chocolate I've ever had and the ingredients are clean. I believe the price is reasonable for the amount that you get and the fact that the product is clean with no cheap fillers. It taste very delicious and for me it's easy to mix with Milk Frother.

Fermentation is a huge part of traditional cacao processing, and it adds so much more depth of flavor. I bought this brand after trying other more mainstream options that felt flavorless. This product is a delight; high quality and much closer to what I found in Guatemala at the traditional chocolate roasteries.

I’ve been making homemade chocolate for nearly a decade, and my friends go crazy over it! My go-to has always been Volupta cacao powder, but when it was discontinued, I found myself back on the hunt for the perfect replacement. It’s been a journey—I even tried Navitas because of the great reviews, but the chocolate flavor just wasn’t strong enough. Thankfully, I decided to try Wildly Organic Cacao Powder, and I couldn’t be happier. My chocolate-loving husband and I both love its rich, strong chocolate flavor! I just ordered 5 lbs. Bought the nibs. I stir these into my vanilla greek yogurt. If i close one eye and pretend a little, the combo tastes like chocolate chip ice cream. Have also tried it with strawberry yogurt. Probably would be good in baked goods, too - thinking banana nut bread, pancakes, etc .

The search for a healthy hot chocolate that tastes great continues. By itself in water, this tastes like burnt coconut oil, and it's little better when mixed in almond milk. However, I learned to add a good quality creamed honey when I mix a mug of it with almond milk, and that makes it pretty good. It seems a healthy option will never attain the rich flavor of real milk chocolate, but that is a sacrifice I'm willing to make for the healthy option.

This product was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t have expectations but I have been putting it in my yogurt and it’s a nice crunchy bit with that hint of chocolate type flavor but with out the bad ; only the good. I feel like I’m doing right by getting the benefits and by my blood sugar and it tastes great with a good Greek yogurt.
