Baisha Flour(白鲨糕点专用粉) (Rice Roll Flour(肠粉专用粉) 3 Pack)

I bought this because I love Cheung Fun and didn’t want to have to make my own mix (rice flour, corn starch, wheat flour or something) when I have yet to learn how to make it. It worked great! The first time I made it I tried to follow the instructions but I think it has to be steamed longer just to make sure it’s cooked through (mine was ok and closer to 10 min in, depending on the thickness of the batter). Also, when following the directions, use a scale. The instructions said, 100 grams of powder. I weighed it and it came to about a cup. Then 250 grams of water (water being heavier than powder) also came to about a cup of water, or a bit more. Overall very good! Tastes just like the local dimsum place!

Watch some youtube videos on the process -- Chinese and Vietnamese versions -- will show you variations and that it's not hard. Have a blast and try these.

Living in a remote part of state is hard to get some good rice flour roll like in big city this stuff actually taste pretty good and a lot like the one you can get in big city restaurant. Just get some green onion ,dried shrimp and bbq it taste great

I like it very much. I like to make rice noodle roll with this brand of rice noodles. All the children in our family like it very much. It tastes very good.
