My 8 year old Judy Moody fan said "It was a great book,". She really enjoyed the color pictures and looks forward to reading more of the friends books. Very easy to read kindle version.

This isn't aiming very high. It's not awful. I wouldn't discourage a student from reading it. But it's not Beverly Cleary either.

her daughter loves this series and snatched it from her in excitement to read it. lol has not put it down other than when told lol.

My son loves the series. Funny and exciting. Can't wait for new books to come out.

Nicely illustrated and well written book. Our family is definitely a fan of this line.

My daughter (nearly 8 years old) she is a big fan of Judy Moody. She has read all of the chapter books from the original series. When I spotted Judy Moody and Friends I thought it was the continuation of Judy Moody adventures not realizing those are not chapter books but short stories for younger children, with pictures and bigger text. Perfect for younger children (about 5-6 years old) but definitely too easy to read for 7-8-year-olds.Nevertheless, those are great, captivating books and would be suitable for younger children, wish we knew about them a couple of years ago.

We've never tried a Stink Moody book yet that my children didn't love. This one was no exception: they were glued to each night's chapter (we used it as a read-aloud book).

Returned all the books I ordered. Unfortunately, I found the language and style of the author difficult to read to my kids. Maybe its the "American lingo" and I still prefer British English. Who calls their little brother stink? And the stories are pretty average! Not what I expected.

My daughter liked the illustrations as well as the story. She was excited to learn about Venus flytrap. Looks like she had a fun read.
