Q: What is cut out size for 30" installation

I honestly would not bother with this one. The stainless steel is not great and corroded within 3 months. I ended up removing it and buying another one with better quality. Not for an outside kitchen that will get water.

Q: What's the grade and gauge of the stainless steel?

I bought 2 sets of these and they do the job but are awfully flimsy and thin

Q: What are the rough in measurements?

Measurement are correct. The quality not so much. Corroded within a month of install and hard to close.
