I really like it and it seems to accurately display the inside temperature and humidity in my home. Unfortunately the battery that came with it was dead, so I had to step out to purchase one. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a let down.Update: After several weeks, it feels the outside temperature is off by more than the margin of error it says, despite it being in the shade and not exposed to rain/snow. Still worth its price.

Does what it is supposed to do. Easy to setup.I tested it against other thermometers and hygrometers it works perfectly.The compact size makes it handy for your curing box, drying box and even terrariums where temperature and humidity readings are key to success.

Love these thermometers. I put them in a chicken pen and they got destroyed quickly including one I melted with a heat lamp... anyway that was just my stupidity not anything to do with the product. Works great, easy to read and I love it though.

This is the perfect gadget for knowing the temperature and relative humidity inside a room. We purchased a cool mist humidifier to help with nighttime congestion but had no way of knowing if the humidity was rising to optimal levels. This little tool answers the question precisely. It takes up very little space but is still easy to read. It runs on one AAA battery that is included. I highly recommend this tool and at such a low cost, it might even make sense to buy more than one. Perfect for a music room with acoustic guitars that are sensitive to humidity!!

I believe that these are quite accurate and very sensitive - responding quickly to changes! I placed one outside the door to our shower area. I watched the Humidity display rise appropriately after I opened the door following a hot shower. As someone with a strong science background, I was very impressed.I do have two minor complaints, one of which is likely addressed by a different model.1 - The LCD screen is not backlit and very difficult to see without a strong light shining on it.2 - I have an older, similar device (not as accurate) that includes a time function. I would prefer that these also had a time display. There may be a different model with this feature.
