I have the grouts ~ but, how do I prepare them? There are no instructions on how to cook them. I understand there are great health benefits and satiety but if I don't know how to cook them, then what does it matter. I didn't expect to have to research how to cook them. Disappointed in that. And, because of those reasons, the size is too much.

I purchased this product last year, then switched to a cheaper product, which I didn't like due to all the husks present. I've switched back to this brand, which was great, just more pricey, and will update this review if it doesn't live up to my expectations.

Great product

I've never eaten or prepared Steel Cut oats before, so I was unsure what to expect. I've been eating it as overnight oats. I learned from Pinterest that steel cut oats need to be in the liquid for longer that regular oats, so on Sunday morning, I prepare 5 jars for the week, giving the oats lots of time to soften. Right before eating, I warm it up a bit. I use cashew milk and whatever fresh berries I have on hand. It's been 3 weeks now, and I am loving my breakfasts!

The product it’s probably good. But there are NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO MAKE IT OR SERVING SIZE.
