I recently tried Jovial Einkorn Organic Spaghetti Pasta, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! This pasta tastes good and I wouldn't know the difference that it is einkorn. I feel much better eating this vs. regular wheat pasta since I am sensitive to gluten. I will be using einkorn pasta from now on as long as I can find it.

You know how Italians go crazy if you break spaghetti in half? This spaghetti breaks into 2-3 inch pieces. Horrible! I paid this ridiculously high price because you always hear how people go to Italy and eat all the pasta and bread they want and don’t put on a pound because the grain is original and ancient. They couldn’t be eating this stuff if they don’t break their spaghetti! Then I remembered years ago when all the rage was whole grain. But whole grain spaghetti was horrible and broke into pieces and never got past the al dente mouthfeel. White spaghetti never has that problem. This Jovial spaghetti was whole wheat ancient grain. Not white ancient grain.SO BE SURE YOU DONT BUY WHOLE WHEAT. BUY WHITE if you don’t want broken pieces.You have to be very careful when you order and make sure to read the box label that it’s not whole grain ancient. Unfortunately, I wasted $30 on six boxes when I could’ve gotten nice white angel hair pasta at my supermarket for $1.19 each. Grrr.I’m not addressing celiac or keto or any of that right here although that is the reason I brought it.The Jovial white spaghetti is always out of stock.

Absolutely no gluten sensitivity at all. All these years without being able to use wheat and now I can with Einkorn flour.

Going to return 2 boxes out of 4, open damage. Not sealed

We had some einkorn bread at a party and liked the taste, so tried the pasta. I am the natural food person but the family liked it. It is good not to be eating white pasta. It also has a taste and good body.

I love pasta. I really can not tell the difference between this and regular pasta. It takes 10 to 12 minutes to cook. It is an excellent product. I wish the price would come down. But it is this or no pasta at all.

Since the wheat grown here in the USA is heavily poisoned with pesticides before it is harvested, we are buying only the wheat products coming from Italy. They are wonderful- we like all their pastas and cookies too!
