Directions
The band is worn discreetly under your clothing around your middle, against your skin, all day every day. Put your Malory Band around you while you are standing or lying down (but not sitting) so it sits comfortably against your body. It needs to be tight enough that you can feel the tension, but not too tight that it hurts. It may take a couple of hours to get used to the feel of it, and to find the right position and tension, so keep moving the button along the band until you are happy that it’s in the right place, with the right tension. Once the Malory Band is set correctly to your current size, you can use it as a gauge of any size fluctuations you may experience. Eat too much and the band will feel tight; eat healthily and it will loosen. Using the Malory Band means you can maintain the size you want. If you have bought one, you can clip your Malory Band bead onto the starting loop, so you always know how far you have come. Every day you can see how well you are doing. If you have already achieved some weight loss, you can use the Malory Band to maintain the size have you’re at - inches can’t creep back on so easily when you wear a Malory Band.
