Looks & works just like Factory!
Happy & Grateful! I paid for the overnight shipping, Got everything on time and in order. The quality is very good if not better than the Factory screen it came with. Everything works perfectly! Just finished installing today. I will come back with a review in a few months to let you know my full result. A few tips:1. You can install this on your own if you’re into DIY. Very easy!2. Be patient while doing the work if you’re not paying a professional.3. Make sure not to take off the “INNER SCREEN PROTECTOR” before installing the screen.4. Don’t touch the inner screens with your hands if you can, use gloves to avoid finger print mistakes.5. YouTube has videos that can help you install this easily! Just search: “ how to install cadillac cue screen”Very impressed to be honest! Thanks for the hook-up!Thanks again! Have a blessed day!

Excellent!! Have installed 4 or 5 of these for customers
Awesome pricing... great quality. Have installed at least 4 or 5 of these for customers over the last year or so and never had any issues (knock on wood) I recommend

Works just fine. Looks like the original.
Installed this in a 2013 Cadillac ATS with a non-responsive touch screen. It is not an easy task to take apart the old unit and install the new screen, but compared to $1500 from the dealership, I am happy to spend a few hours doing the work. If I ever have to do it again, I could do the entire task in under an hour, now that I know how everything comes apart. Thank you to all of the people who posted Youtube videos describing the task. The supplied tools were all that is needed to remove the pop-off dashboard trim. You will need a small phillips-head screwdriver and a 7mm socket to remover the screws. Tweezers are needed to install the touch screen cable. You will need to keep track of dozens of screws, so plan accordingly.

Saves money and works great.
Touch screen is a easy to install but the problem is removing the unit from the car to install the CUE SCREEN is very tasking and needs patience and following instructions. Once you follow every instruction in the video on YouTube you can easily do with the right tools. It works perfectly well and saved me a $1000.

WORKS!!!! I did it myself!!
My stupid Cue screen has broken at least 4 times. 3 times it was under warranty on my 2013 Cadillac SRX, but the 4th time it wasn't...so it stayed broken for YEARS. I finally decided to fix it and after 2 youtube videos and 2 hours of work I. DID. IT. Works perfectly and you'd have no idea it wasn't fixed at the dealership...except that I've saved over a thousand bucks! Try it!

There is a blemish, a small white dot, inside the screen.
There is an obvious large white dot inside the screen. I received the replacement screen end of January,2023. I looked at it and figured wrongly that anything I see in the way of blemishes or dots would come off when I remove the protective covers. That was a big mistake. You need to remove the covers and examine. If ok then just put the covers back on.For me, I just got around to replacing the screen in the vehicle, June 15th, due to many reasons.Well, there goes my warranty! I would be very wary of KOTBOT as they obviously don't have a great QC system in place
