Very helpful.

The main messages in this book are valid and helpful. There are several scientific studies - and many other books on the subject - that support the points made here. The author links the messages back to Christian values, beliefs, passages in the Bible, etc.. This is a different take to other popular books on the subject - which I didn't mind (though it took me by surprise as there isn't anything in the book's blurb to indicate this) but which may be off-putting for some other readers.
