61028 2-in-1 Grab Bar Toilet Paper Holder with Grips and Anchors, Brushed Nickel

We recently renovated the guest bathroom and were looking for an upgrade to the junky toilet paper holder we had before. We weren't even considering a grab bar and had read several dismal reviews on single post toilet paper holders. We stumbled upon this one and took a chance even though there were no reviews. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WE DID. It is very well-designed, attractive and sturdy. I was lucky to find two studs to attach it to and it is rock solid. The round base plates have multiple screw holes around the edge which gives you a lot of flexibility for stud mounting. Just to be clear, for stud mounting, you will need to find studs within approximately 5 to 10 inches of one another but at least you have a range. The package also included sturdy-looking drywall anchors and instructions for mounting either way. Even though we are not quite there yet, we think the grab bar may come in handy in the future and this combination does the job without making the bathroom look institutional. Of course, it is pricier and larger than a standalone toilet paper holder and extends out about 5 inches from the wall, but its dual-purpose elegant design makes up for that. P.S. ... and the toilet paper roll stays ON the holder.

Like the grab bar that matches it, this is sturdy, attractive, easily installed, useful and larger than you might imagine. I am quite pleased with just having an extra grab bar on the wall next to the toilet, but I was surprised by the size of the ring. It's not monster big but pay attention to the dimensions.

Grab bars and ADA compliant bathrooms are needed in many homes. This very well constructed and engineered combo grab bar/roll holder works as advertised. The attaching hardware allows for the install WITHOUT having to find studs for the mount. Finding a stud is a plus but only because structure is prime for weight supporting. The ingenious drywall mounts are great. They secure the bar and feel like they are attached to structure. The install took less then 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the form and function of this small addition to our bath. If you want quality and like the design then buy this bar.

The grab bar looks nice and is very solid and helps you up good but the rod that hold the toilet paper moves down not connected strongly! You have to keep pushing it back up in the position it is supposed to be in! But that doesn’t affect the safety handle which is great so secure!

What a unique product to combine a grab bar on top of the toilet paper holder. Very sturdy brushed nickel metal, very useful, nice looking and the grab bar doesn't give your home bathroom the appearance one would expect compared to commercial rest room grab bars.

Liked the design. It looks to be very sturdy and will do well with a Parkinson's patient.

This grab bar was the perfect solution to my needs. I wanted a grab bar to install in our powder room. Unfortunately the only location did not have studs located correctly for regular grab bars. This unit enabled me to mount one end to a stud and the other to the drywall. It comes with an interesting connector designed for drywall. I tested it with significant weight and so far it has held up very well.

Haven't installed it yet but I'm very pleased with the appearance and weight
