A jar takes me well over a year to use up, so for the depth of flavor it delivers, it is a very good value.Since I last posted, I've also started grinding some in a mortar and pestle when I want a finer grain and that is excellent also.

A little goes a long way. Sprinkled a little on top of stuffed mushrooms out of the oven. Delicious!
