Our thirteen year old was able to give good answers to whatever dilemma
We have only played this game once. Some of the questions seem very rudimentary. Our thirteen year old was able to give good answers to whatever dilemma. Either he's smart or has been taught well.

AMAZING Resource for focusing on CHARACTER BUILDING for young children as well as teens
Absolutely LOVE this series. WE have 3 children, ages 22, 21 and 7, and I have to say that all 3 truly enjoy and are very engaged when we play both the teen as well as the other game geared towards younger children. There is a desperate need in today's crazy world to have tools that facilitate these types of discussions, based on morality, integrity, and character building. We are so grateful to have discovered this series and are thoroughly enjoying playing both games geared towards both younger children as well as teens. . The books are also treasure troves of fantastic information. Each children's book could literally be 100 pages if they were written like normal children's books, with a picture and a few words of verbiage. In each of the books there is so much valuable content, we have found ourselves reading a few chapters a night. We are so grateful to David Esposito for writing these treasure troves of books and for creating such a magnificent family game that serves as an invaluable tool for conversation starers.I strongly recommend investing in these books and family conversation starter games for not only your own family, but honestly cannot think of a better gift to share these with other families that you care about. The world would indeed be a better place if we put 1/10 of the energy in CHARACTER BUILDING activities as we currently invest in video games. Please consider buying not only one of these for your family, but a set for another family as well.If we can all invest time and energy into the truly most important things in raising tomorrows leaders, and place a great emphasis on character building activities the world will be a better place indeed.

This game provided some GREAT conversational openings for talks with my kids
I really can't say enough good things about this game. I played it with my two teenage sons and was pleasantly surprised by their level of participation and involvement. This game presents scenarios that you come up with a resolution for using guiding principles (such as The Golden Rule), and then everyone discusses your response. My boys did a great job thinking about the presented scenarios, and it led to some amazing teachable moment opportunities. It also gave me some really good insight into where they are with their problem solving and critical thinking skills - and where they're at in terms of moral development. (As it turns out, they're doing pretty well!) And my boys (ages 13 and 18) even suggested that we add the game to our Family Game Night roster!I received this product complimentary for review purposes, but all opinions remain my own.

Open communication doors
We have been playing this game for a little over a week now and I really think it's helpful. Knowing what our teens would do in certain circumstances or even our spouses, opens the door for communication before events happen. This game gets down to the nitty gritty and it has really helped us with seeing how Tyler responds to different topics and questions. If you have a teen or if you want to open that line of communication that is lacking with your spouse or partner, I highly recommend this game. It's a great dinner party game for ages 13 and up.
