Dr Livingood has helped me so much & his books have too!!
I ordered this book as I had previously purchased his first book and it has completely changed my way of thinking when it comes to food, eating, supplements and our broken healthcare system or as Dr Livingood calls it the sick care. He is so right tho. Doctors just want to keep us all on a dozen medications as it's a financial gain for all of them right down the line. It's time to take our lives and our health back! It all starts with the food & drinks we consume. This second book is also full of great information and over 100 pages of easy delicious recipes in 8 different categories. It also has pages of things you should be consuming and things you shouldn't as they are only hurting us in the long run. Dr Livingood and his wife Jessica are amazing people for trying to help us all out with our own health and I can't thank them enough for these books. I am planning on purchasing 3 more of each book as I have 3 daughters and think they would make great birthday and Christmas gifts. What better gift can you give your loved ones than the gift of knowledge and health!!

Ink needs to be darker!!!!!
The book is superb, the light ink, and small print is hard to read.

Healthy Eating Guide
This book is very informative. It contains suggested menus, grocery lists and great information for those choosing to change their health trajectory. Implementation is easy enough to follow. We’re taking baby steps, but the guides empower you to do so.

great recipes
I love a good recipe book. I bought this one as a companion to the Living Good Daily book by Dr Livingood. a 21 day guide to experience Real health workbook. It has a lot of healthy recipes that make food simple and are healthy alternatives to getting your body on the right track.

Not for those with food allergies
Fantastic info! The recipes unfortunately are not great for those with lots of allergies. Nut flours or incredible amounts of nuts are used in most recipes, in which there are few alternatives. Most of us with nut allergies have no choice but to use a whole grain flour which the plan mostly strays away from. Overall, very pleased with the book, but if you're wanting to use the recipes and have lots of allergies, you likely won't be able to.

I love to meal prep for each week on Sunday. I have made most of the recipes in this book. Everyone is delicious and easy.

If you want a better eating regime, this is the book! We love it!It has changed the way we eat and gives you better alternatives to what you are currently eating.I recommended this book is you want to eat more healthy, not to mention lose weight without the feeling you’re on a diet because you’re not.
