La Baleine Salt, Fine Sea Salt Shaker for Cooking and Seasoning, 250g

This is such a bargain. I bought it because my husband was complaining of the taste of our normal table salt. This tastes great. You get 250g for just 90 pence and if you have Amazon Prime postage is free. What do you have to lose?

I tried this knowing that it is better than the 'normal' salt we use and it tastes no different - have to put a tiny bit more on but it feels great not putting the other stuff in my body - (not like a temple LOL) but the health benefits must be better for us......enjoy!

Bought this because it was under £1. It's a good Sea Salt. I'm no expert but it does give food a nice taste, better than usual table salt for sure.

I expected this to be a small travel size shaker but a massive tube full of salt turned up instead. No complaints though, good value for money.

I salt my steak one to two hours before grilling and this delicious fine particle salt is perfect for all manner of cooking and baking. There is a surprising amount of salt in bread and this is the salt I use when I bake our weekly bread. It does taste better. Excellent for popcorn.

Great product but it's a nightmare to get the salt out. Even with the biggest hole, the salt comes out really slow, even if you yank it really hard..

I love this sea salt, I use it in my bread making and it gives a better flavour to the loaf for sure. I see some people have commented on it being damp and clumpy, this I would expect for salt properly harvested from the sea using traditional evaporation methods in salt beds rather than some factory. There are very different production methods, especially in countries where the sun isn't shining most of the time!!

Very nice branded salt and more or less supermarket own brand prices. Only complaint was a lump of salt at the top, but that hopefully is because of the sea water.
