Lifesaver!!!
I have tried every vitamin, product, diet, etc. and no matter what i take or do I was still feeling run down, tired, fatigued. It is the most awful feeling when people my same age are going out having fun and I'm stuck at home because Celiac disease makes me so fatigued and tired. This was a little pricy but OMG dare I say I feel normal, finally!!! I want to cry I am so happy that I actually feel like myself again, have energy and want to go out and do things now. Even did cardio today which I havnt been able to do in a little while. These are big but they are coated so they go down easy and you can always crush them up and put them in a smoothie as well. I have finally found a product that works and my body is absorbing it. I have also been taking Diatomaceous Earth which helps your body absorb vitamins and minerals while detoxing your body so if your not able to absorb it I would try a product like it that helps you to absorb the things we need in order to live a normal life! Thank you soo much for creating an amazing product!!!

Helped my symptoms when I got "glutened"
So I have been using this for about a week and a half now and haven't really noticed much difference on an everyday level yet (no increase in energy or whatnot) but I also haven't been taking it as directed. I'm pretty good at getting the vitamins I need through food so I decided to only take 2 in the morning and one at night (too much vitamin B, didn't want it to keep me awake). But the other day I was full on "glutened" by a restaurant!!! I went out to eat with my family (knowing the risks of eating out with Celiacs disease) and the restaurant had a totally separate "gluten free menu" from which I ordered the Grilled Chicken Hummus Lettuce Wrap (minus the chicken because I don't eat meat). When it came out, it was in a normal looking wrap so I sent it back saying they must have given me the non-gluten free version because of the wrap (I also explained how sick I would get). They then brought it back out telling me it WAS infact a gluten free lavash wrap. Well, I got sick and my mom called the restaurant and found out it was NOT gluten free at all and should have been in letuce. BUT I wasn't as sick as I normally get. I was just a bit tired and some stomach pains but still functional and went away fairly quickly. I believe these pills (along with the gluten digest pill I take whenever I eat out) are the reason I did so well since I ate the WHOLE wrap (It was soooo good... knew it was too good to be true...)!So yes, even though I don't take the recommended 6 pills a day, it still seemed to help me when I ate gluten on accident. I am very pleased with the pills (not so much with the restaurant)! Maybe I should bump up to 3 pills in the morning and 1 at night and see how that works out next time I'm "glutened"Oh btw, if you live in a hot area (like Yuma Arizona) do NOT leave these pills in your car! I accidentally left them in there for a day and now they are all pitted and scratched my throat pretty badly trying to swallow them. Might have to coat the rest of them in honey or something. :-\

I have recently started taking this during my morning routine and so far it seems to be helping.. Removing gluten from my diet helped provide more energy and got rid of the digestive/gastro issues I have tried to ignore all my life but there was something missing. I hadn't considered that all of these "enriched" foods were providing nutrients and vitamins that I wouldn't normally get while damaging my digestive system.. I have been taking them for almost two weeks now and can feel/see a marked difference in my energy levels even though I don't take the recommended amount. I gave the product a 4 star simply because of the number and size of the pills.. they are quite large. I have no problem taking them myself but if you have any issues taking large pills then this will be an issue!

HUGE "horse pills," and actually caused malnutrition!
I did not buy these vitamins expecting that they would alleviate or cure my Celiac disease. Other reviews stating that people were able to eat a regular sub sandwich without suffering ill effects from gluten are honestly just silly - if you can eat ANYTHING with gluten in it without ill effects, you clearly do not have Celiac. My hope was that the amounts/balances of the nutrients would be optimized to compensate for the poor intestinal absorption of nutrients that Celiac often causes. I just wanted to get the best nutrition out of a vitamin that I could, and figured that my best bet would be to go with one specifically made for Celiac patients.Right out the gate, I was disappointed by the sheer volume of CeliAct that must be consumed. Please note that the 180 vitamins in the bottle are meant to last ONLY ONE MONTH. You are supposed to take 3 vitamins in the morning and 3 at night. Ok, fine. But these things are HUGE. I take a lot of medicines/vitamins on a daily basis, so pill swallowing is not a problem for me. I usually take everything all at once with just one sip of water, down the hatch (some of them are big too). But these are so large that I actually had a great deal of difficulty getting them down. I have never seen an oral tablet this large - talk about horse pills! I had to take them one at a time, with a lot of water to get it down. Sometimes I even tried splitting them in half, but even that didn't help much. I've never had this much trouble taking a pill before.Inconvenient quantity and size aside, they actually provided me with LESS nutrition than a regular-old multivitamin. Ofter just the one month of these, I had my vitamin levels tested. My iron levels went from mid-normal range to just a couple of points above deficiency in just a month (which is ridiculous). My magnesium levels, B vitamins, and folate all decreased WAY more than they should in a month even without any supplementation at all. My gastroenterologist was quite alarmed, and told me to switch back to a regular multivitamin (NatureMade) immediately. Just had the follow-up labs after a month, and everything is back up to almost where it was before I started CeliAct.In short, these are terrible. For over $30/month, I feel robbed. These do not provide the necessary nutrients for a Celiac patient.
