Great Epoxy Resin kit
Excellent kit. It is easy to use and final products have turned out great.

My fave epoxy
My fave brand of epoxy. Minimal bubbles. Has a good window of time to pour and manipulate, but dries to handle within 24 hours. Cures in 72. Also comes with measuring/mixing cups and silicone stirrers.

Great, as long as you mix it right!
I finally decided to try resin casting, so I'd have some smooth objects to try airbrushing once spring finally arrives here. I am a total newbie to resin casting and have only used this resin a couple of times. One of the times I've used this resin, my castings turned out great! The second attempt didn't go as well... The first time I used this resin, I was very careful to evenly mix the two parts and took my sweet time slowly stirring the mixture before pouring. The two large castings I poured turned out wonderfully! Only one casting has a single tiny bubble in it, and neither have any surface blemishes. I'm very much looking forward to painting them later! I did notice, however, that the bottom of both castings had very slight soft spots near the center. Elated by my success, I bought more pouring molds and a couple weeks later, poured into them. This time though, I rushed it. Remembering the soft spots, I added more hardener. I also didn't spend as much time mixing the two parts. I poured six castings. Three turned out decent, one turned out great, and two were so bad that the molds were ruined. I poured two small turtles. Both hardened, but one of the two are cloudy in appearance. I poured a lizard casting. It hardened, again with a small soft spot in the bottom-center that eventually hardened. The legs and feet broke as I tried to free the casting from the mold. I poured a large crab. The mixture didn't harden, even after literal weeks of watching and waiting. I couldn't clean the translucent sludge that remained in the mold. I poured a piggy bank shaped mold. The casting PARTIALLY hardened. The bottom half of the casting solidified, but the rest remained a sludge. Again, I couldn't clean the mold. So, once I get around to cleaning the two pouring cups I got with this resin, I'm going to try a third round of casting. But I will definitely be more careful in mixing, both in quantity and mixing speed/time! All this being said, this kit has been great. It came with everything I needed to start casting immediately, but not with so much extra gear as to overwhelm me. I'd gladly recommend this kit to anyone that wants to try resin casting!

Wonderful!
This resin is reasonably priced so I was a little worried but it works wonderful! I use it for river tables, lazy susans, and other resin projects. It is clear and the few air bubbles are super easy to get out. So far I don’t have a down side but if I find one, I will update.

It works.
My first attempt with epoxy so it may be partly my fault for some of the imperfections. Seems like it did exactly what it says it does. Good stuff

Quality product worth the money
I found it excellent so far. I have done pours that are approximately an inch or so deep. They get hard in less than 24hr so that I can demold. Easy to use. My pours are colored silver/gray with mica powder. Have not tried clear pours, but looks clear before I add Mica Powder. Have not noticed any smell. Have not had problems with bubles so far. (I mix with tongue depressor) Have not tested finl product in water. I will buy again.

This is the best for me
I'm just starting working with resin. I've tried a few but is by far the best. Very few bubbles, nice drying time and it's easier for me to work with than those resins that have 100 bubbles with each stir. This dries clear and looks great. Since I've started I had a lot of mess ups and am just now getting the hang of it thanks to watching some You Tube videos. Finally, have some items I can give to friends. I'm stickting with Dr. Crafty. Great product.

Do not use with pressed flowers
So I purchased this in March it’s now August and pieces I’ve made with the resin have started to yellow. Which isn’t good at all because I sell resin pieces I don’t want them to yellow after only a few months. So I’m gonna have to switch back to a resin I was previously using that didn’t start yellowing at all till after a few years. This resin states it’s a non yellowing formula but that is not correct my pieces have yellowed and I’m very disappointed. Ordered another batch cause I didn’t realize my other pieces had started to yellow and now I’m returning it. I’d request a refund on this first batch I bought if I could but it’s past the return time of course. Update: so the make it right team from I’m guessing this shop, reached out to me and was able to give me a refund on the original item I purchased, I really appreciate this. And for this I changed my review rating. They have really good customer service if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. I believe I’ve figured out what happens to with this resin, and why I’m getting a yellow tinge. I believe it burns the flowers I’m using sometimes as the green leaves seems to fade and yellow quite fast. And that makes the item itself look like it’s yellowing. So if you’re not using pressed flowers and making other items like ashtrays, etc I recommend this resin but on pressed flowers it seems to cure pretty fast and burn them especially any greenery. I might return the recent bottles I purchased just cause most of my items are floral and I use pressed flowers and dried flowers a lot.
