PRO1 IAQPro1 T721 Non-Programmable 2H/1C Heat Pump Thermostat , Blue

I bought it for my friend as her vision could not read her old stat this has big blue clearly visible numbers and information. It works great. Was easy for me to install as I'm an HVAC engineer. Great product great price good looking

even thou the model# was the same the units were not an exact match. we did change out and it works satisfactorily.

My 11 year old thermostat needed to be replaced. I found this to be an exact replacement. No need to even touch a wire or remove the base from the wall. I just removed the old thermostat and clicked this into the old base. Everything lined up, and new thermostat works just like the old one. Note that Pro1 makes their thermostats for different suppliers, so the product name on my old thermostat was under the name from a supplier used by the house's original contractor. Pro1 phone technical assistance was very helpful to insure that I purchased the proper thermostat.

Installation was very easy. Instruction booklet was detailed. If you look straight on to the thermostat it is easily readable, but if you're a short person looking up at the thermostat when using the back light you can't read it. My mother is short so I'm going to have to move the thermostat down to 52 in from the floor.

Hard to find a Thermostat that is described as working with a non-heat pump a/c with just emergency heat for a Florida A/C unit.

Didn't work out of the box - a piece of junk. Was too late to return so I reached out to product support and that was it - heard nothing - would not use another one anyway - buyer beware!
