I purchased this for an elderly family member who fell in love with it. The level of comfort has been life changing, I recommend this over the doughnut style.

The only 19x19 cushion I've found and it works great, until it leaks. I keep buying them for my mom, but not a good value. They could fix this issue if they wanted to, but for now I'm one of the suckers who gets another when the last one won't hold air. Average lasting time for us has been 3-6 months.

I bought this Ehob cushion after it was recommended by my physical therapist for back pain after a fall. I was actually given this same cushion to use during my hospitalization and it helped relieve my back pain when laying on it. It has also enabled me to to sleep on my right side after being diagnosed with hip bursitis 2 yrs ago!--a pleasant surprise when experimenting with it for side sleeping while in the hospital. It should only be filled with a small amount of air though because it can burst if filled too high. PLEASE NOTE: this tan cushion is not the extended wear model. The tan color is regular wear and the mint green, a different model #, is the extended wear one. If just a small amount of air is put in it you shouldn't have any problems with leakage and it is actually more comfortable. I found out the hard way and bought another. I have been using the tan one for almost 2 months now and I highly recommend!

I love the cushion. It now has a slow leak so I'd like a replacement. The return window has closed but I paid a lot of money and pillow should be good for longer than two monthsThanks

Only held air for 58 days then went flat blew it up and it went flat again .won't hold air pressure.

Very comfortable. Pump stinks. Figuratively. Just blowing it up by mouth is easier and faster.Fast service. Well made product. Just wish it wasnt so expensive...but if you have had Booty surgery...THIS IS THE CUSHION TO HAVE.But Ive now had it 3 weeks and it no longer holds air.For the price, I expected WAY more.

I ordered this cushion for my uncle who resides in the local nursing facility. The nursing staff was trying unsuccessfully to clear up a decubitus he had acquired from being bedridden for a long period due to an illness. I was told by the wound care specialist at the hospital about the waffle cushion & the good results they were getting by using it for their patients. Since I ordered the cushions (one for his chair & another for his bed) the decubitus has healed completely. Of course good nursing care contributed to the positive results. But I am singing waffle cushions praises for the good results of using it. I am a retired RN & would not recommend a product if I didn't truly believe in it. As a matter of fact this is the first time I have rated anything on line.Sincerely,Barbara A Hood

My 96 yr old father loved the cushion for the FIRST 3 DAYS. This cushion was recommended by name by my father's nurse to help prevent pressure sores. YES, my 96 yr old Dad loved the cushion for the first 3 days. Then it completely deflated. My issuesProblems:1. HAVE TO BUY PUMP SEPARATELY Description of cushion does NOT mention need for pump to properly inflate the cushion for use. NOT included. Need to buy separately. NO recommendations or specs.. Not a good surprise.2. DEFLATION: Cushion went completely flat w/in 3 days and would not hold any air. Holes in the seams.3.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Called customer service during business hrs. Greeted by voice mail. Left message w/ my number. Waited 3 days but company did not return my call as promised.4. RETURNED item to Amazon.VERY DISAPPOINTED in performance of product and of the customer service. Would NOT recommend.
