We have had a couple of these on our retrievers for over a month and this purchase is a gift based on our experience from daily use over that time period; These are very bright (as is their purpose) and we have no problem tracking the dogs through the woods in the dead of night. They are rugged and have survived rough "dog play", rain, sleet and snow without a blemish (so far). The recharge feature is fantastic. While they hold a charge for a fairly long time we noted that when the charge depletes the collar just turns off (they don't seem to dim in advance to warn you so doing a recharge once a week or so is suggested)- recharge is so much more efficient than having to suddenly run around trying to find replacement batteries (and so cost effective). From our experience to date these are highly recommended.March 2023 - we use these EVERY day and still going strong..!

got this for my dog so I could see her when she goes out at night. its great! its nice and bright, fits well easy to adjust and the material is durable!

I do wish you could order by size (length) and thickness of collar. We have a mini doxie and it's just massive in width on him, but to be fair that is a problem with other brands as well. BUT this thing works so well. I am low vision and our dog is black/tan, so I use this my benefit as well as his. It is extremely bright, which is something I really need to keep an eye on him even if he is a few feet away. I always fear he gets out of his harness on accident (has a few times) and I will be unable to find him (still working on training/commands), but this is a huge relief on the few occasions I need to take him out alone after dark.

I have had various dog-collar attachments over the years. They don't last. This one is great. First, it is USB-rechargeable. No batteries to replace. It is also durable and very visible. We have had it about 3 months now and she wears it 24/7. I can see our black dog in the yard at night now!!! Our german shepherd is a bit on the smaller side. The size Large collar is loose on her. It doesn't come off, but it would definitely fit a much larger dog. I don't attach a leash to it for fear it may slip off. We use a harness.

This collar is so much brighter than the older Nite Ize one my dog has. Seems sturdy (stiff) and I like that it's rechargeable.I wish it was a clip instead of a buckle. It's hard to get on a wiggly dog who's gotta go to the bathroom in the morning.Edit: 5 months later it needs charging. He only wears it 20-30 minutes a day while I'm getting ready for work. Today he went out blinking and came back in not. No warning it was going dead, no dimness, it just turned off.

This collar is really really well made. Excellent quality. I live in a rural area so it is very dark at night & early morning. I like to be able to see where she is on the 2 acres (fenced). As well, she walks with me to the street to take the trash out and if a car is coming she is black so is invisible in the dark. I have had a couple of close calls when I was taking the trash out and a car was coming and she had wandered across the street to pee on the neighbors mailbox and coming back across the street, unaware of the approaching vehicle, of course, I had to walk into the street to stop the oncoming car. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it did not come with a charging cord. I suppose the description didn't say that but I thought it was implied. Anyway the LED collar I had before (which quit working after about a year) came with a charging cord and it fit this colar fine so I am using it. I think it might be like an Android phone charger but I have iPhone so not 100% sure about that. To sum it up I love neon green on Sheba. It looks great on her. Note* LED's lights, even though tiny, generate a lot of heat. DO NOT LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON FOR ANY EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. YOUR PET'S NECK WILL GET TOO HOT! Not just this collar but any brand of LED collar. Be mindful of your pet's well-being!!

My wife and I are very happy with this collar. Every night we walk our dog off leash and being a black English Lab he is invisible at night. With this collar we can see where he is when he is chasing deer and rabbits etc. The battery life is solid and lasts pretty long in between charges. It recharges quickly and is very bright / durable. This is the way to go rather than adding those small light up circles that you clip onto your dogs collar. They eat up batteries at $5.00 per week and break in 2 weeks. That's not an exaggeration. I went that route several times. I really recommend this collar.

Seems to work really well so far. Appears to be very durable, and have a long battery life. Lights up my dog well in the dark.

Held charge for 6 1hr walks. Had 2 collars for two years before 1 finally dimmed then died ,the other 1dimmed but still works fine.Bought another one. Only available in green

Unlike most products of this type, including similar products by Nite Ize that barely light up away from the control module, this collar is super-bright along its entire length and is brightest at the far tip. Very sturdy design. The only problem is that it is a bit stiff and does not form a perfect circle, so I am investigating whether it is possible to warm it up with a hair drier or warm water. Other than that, it is excellent and much better than hanging a mini-light from the collar.

Love this collar! Really great quality and very bright. Easy to see our black dog at night.We got the size large for our shepherd and it was far too big. Put it on our husky and it was too big for him too. Just slides right off.Exchanging for a size medium!
