Can this be used to clean new born baby tongue as lot of white deposit? right now cleaning with cotton gauge and coconut oil

I think there mouth is too small to insert ur fingers.

I couldn't use it ,as her mouth was small it came into use only after she was 1.5+ yrs old

Do we need to use Toothpaste?
